★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive péssima experiência e relato aqui minha sugestão para que não marquem 2 pacientes para o mesmo horário. Quando realizei o agendamento, recebi até vídeo dizendo que as marcações eram com espaço, devido a pandemia. Mas chegamos eu e outra pessoa no mesmo horário agendado. Chamou ela primeiro. Quando deu 1 hora de espera, fui embora. Sem previsão de terminar o procedimento dela, e ainda ter que esperar a limpeza da sala. Uma pena, péssima impressão logo na primeira experiência. Vale a pena o cuidado no atendimento!
Edit: O dentista entrou em contato pedindo desculpas pelo ocorrido e buscando se retratar. Pelo cuidado em entrar em contato, mudei a avaliação das estrelas.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience and I report here my suggestion not to schedule 2 patients for the same time. When I made the appointment, I even received a video saying that the appointments were with space, due to the pandemic. But another person and I arrived at the same scheduled time. He called her first. When there was an hour of waiting, I left. No anticipation of finishing her procedure, and still having to wait for the room to be cleaned. A pity, bad impression right from the first experience. It is worth the care in attendance!
Edit: The dentist contacted him apologizing for what happened and seeking to recant. For the care in getting in touch, I changed the rating of the stars.
