★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A ÚNICA vantagem é o parcelamento, a facilidade de pagamento é atraente, porém o tratamento e atendimento é péssimo.
Fui atendida por pelo menos 5 dentistas diferentes, entendo que existem especialidades, mas dentro da mesma especialidade houveram mudanças dos profissionais.
Passaram-se meses, e o incômodo em um dente que antes n tinha dor (foi refeita restauração, pois estava com aparência comprometida) agora não posso mastigar decentemente, e não encontram o problema.
Em outro dente, culpam uma fratura na raiz, porém antes de mexerem, não tinha problema com dores neste dente tb.
Precisei fazer implante, e não consigo concluir o tratamento, pois o material nunca chega para finalização.
Enfim, não recomendo este lugar!
The ONLY advantage is the installment plan, the ease of payment is attractive, but the treatment and service is terrible.
I was attended by at least 5 different dentists, I understand that there are specialties, but within the same specialty there were changes in the professionals.
Months passed, and the discomfort in a tooth that previously had no pain (restoration was restored, as it was looking compromised) now I can't chew decently, and they don't find the problem.
In another tooth, they blame a fracture in the root, but before moving, there was no problem with pain in this tooth too.
I had to do an implant, and I can't finish the treatment, because the material never comes to completion.
Anyway, I don't recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoraria dar 5 estrelas para a Odontomais, porém, minha experiência com a empresa foi traumática e do fundo do meu coração eu gostaria de dizer que indico aos familiares e amigos, mas não. Se tem algo 100% na empresa e no qual eu posso tecer elogios é pelo atendimento de alguns profissionais como a Elaine (que já não está mais na casa), a Gi que substituiu a Elaine e merece todos os elogios. A Isa, Bia, Dra Andrea, Dra Marcela e Dra Ana Paula. A vocês eu agradeço todo carinho e registro aqui o meu apreço.
I would love to give Odontomais 5 stars, however, my experience with the company was traumatic and from the bottom of my heart I would like to say that I recommend it to family and friends, but no. If there is something 100% in the company and in which I can give praise, it is for the service of some professionals such as Elaine (who is no longer at the house), the Gi who replaced Elaine and deserves all the praise. To Isa, Bia, Dra Andrea, Dra Marcela and Dra Ana Paula. I thank you for all the affection and I register my appreciation here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante de realizar meu tratamento lá, todos foram muito cordiais e fiquei satisfeita com o trabalho! Não tenho do que reclamar! Os consultórios são modernos, fazem a panorâmica no momento da avaliação para dar o diagnóstico na hora e o mais preciso possível. A recepção consta com água e cafezinho (eu particularmente adoro quando tem, para mim é um mimo!), achei tudo bem limpo e parcelam o tratamento em até 12x no cartão ou boleto. Recomendo!
I really enjoyed my treatment there, everyone was very friendly and I was satisfied with the work! I have nothing to complain about! The offices are modern, make the panorama at the time of the assessment to give the diagnosis on time and as accurate as possible. The reception consists of water and coffee (I particularly love it when it is, for me it is a treat!), I found everything very clean and parceled the treatment up to 12x on the card or boleto. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento até vc assinar o contrato!!!.. depois viram as costas, portanto não aconselho ninguém fazer procedimentos complexos com essa clínica... Minha esposa "Geralda R. Monteiro" está tentando concluir um procedimento desde o início de Dezembro 2021 e cada vez enrolam mais entre uma consulta e outra, hoje 17/03/21 estivemos por lá com horário para as 19h mas a Dra. Andréa não pode atender porquê estava cansada e tinha muitos clientes para atender daí remarcaram pro dia 29/03/21... eu também fiz um orçamento e até pretendia fazer uns procedimentos nessa Clínica mas graças a Deus não fiz e resolvi fazer em outro lugar e já finalizei...
Great service until you sign the contract !!! .. then they turned their backs, so I don't advise anyone to do complex procedures with this clinic ... My wife "Geralda R. Monteiro" has been trying to complete a procedure since the beginning of December 2021 and each time they wrap more between one consultation and another, today 03/17/21 we were there with a time for 7:00 pm but Dra. Andréa cannot answer because she was tired and had many clients to attend from there they rescheduled for 3/29/21 ... I also made a budget and even intended to do some procedures at this Clinic but thank God I didn't do it and decided to do it elsewhere and I'm done ...

Bom atendimento no início! Mas infelizmente o pós venda é péssimo. Deixa muito a desejar, vou contar resumidamente minha experiência com dois contratos que fiz com eles. Precisei de ajuda com um procedimento feito na clínica que me causou problemas sérios por não ter sido feito da maneira correta, até aí relevante né !? só fazer a correção, assim eu não chegaria nos "sérios problemas"...é, mas não tive esse suporte, até que surgiu a possibilidade de pagar outro procedimento em outro dente, porém sem garantia de que que dor cessaria, aiii o bom atendimento voltou, ( Não fiz, pq errar uma vez já é o suficiente, vai que precise do tal suporte suporte). Enfim se pagar torça pra dar certo, pq não há possibilidade te ajudarem no que der errado, prometem te ligar, dar retorno e nadaaa vão levando no banho Maria. No tratamento de ortodontia, a Dra
é ótima, porém, cancelam seu contrato sem aviso prévio, para renovar de acordo com a nova tabela preços, detalhe faltando 6 meses pra acabar o antigo contrato e você só fica sabendo no final da consulta. Chateia né? porque tem tudo para ser uma ótima clínica, o lugar limpo, bonito tem ótima infraestrutura, mas com esse pós venda, não indico pra ninguém, pq vc vale o que vc paga enquanto o dinheiro está na sua mão, depois que pagou vc, sua dor, sua autoestima já não vale mais nada!!! Você é só um cifrão $$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica PESSIMA, antes de fechar o contrato é tudo mil maravilhas mas tenha algum problema para ver o que acontece, quase nunca tem horario, não respondem WhatsApp como se a pessoa tivesse pedindo um favor. Estou desde fevereiro tentando solicitar nota fiscal dos serviços que estão PAGOS e além de me darem prazo de 20 dias úteis o que já é um absurdo ainda lançam errado, depois de muito implorar disseram que iam arrumar e lançaram outra vez errado e agora será mais dor de cabeça me humilhando para ter uma simples resposta ou solução, tem que ficar praticamente implorando o serviço e aguardando a boa vontade deles, mas se ficar sem pagar um dia já tem SMS cobrando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma avaliação inicial contratei vários serviços dentre eles aparelho, passei pelo especialista em aparelho dessa mesma unidade e o mês disse que não há precisão nenhuma, um erro… depois destes mesmos serviços avaliados incluindo um canal que me fizeram fazer provisório já que precisaria usar aparelho caiu com menos de seis meses, não deram garantia pois era um provisório, contratei também uma extração de um siso o n 38e um implante , quando fui marcar para retirar o siso já constava que tinha tirado a uns três meses atrás e por fim o implante já pago quando fui fazer uma nova surpresa.. precisa de enxerto, o o enxerto vieram me cobrar a parte nada mais é nada menos que 2 mil reais resumindo até agora não resolveram minha situação nem me ressarciram essas monstuosidades de erros lembrei o dente que fizeram o canal e caiu foi condenado, como tinha um implante pago que não foi realizado pedir que fosse trocado de dente para o que foi condenado a desde janeiro não me respondem desde já estarei a disposição com todos os pronta e cópias dos contratos
