★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento de uma determinada pessoa que fica na recepção, falta de educação e sempre de cara feita pra atender o publico. Desde de setembro indo nessa clinica, tive que esperar ate dezembro para abrir canal em UM dente, mesmo falando que o dente estava doendo muito e sangrando, ate março pra conseguir terminar esse mesmo canal. Quando termina precisa de restauração ai agendam horario em dia que o dentista não atende e você só fica sabendo porque manda mensagem perguntando sobre a consulta, reagendam mas depois 4 meses de enrolação(nesse tempo daria pra terminar varios dentes) ainda sou obrigada a ouvir que deveria ter avisado que meu plano ia mudar, como se eu fosse adivinhar que mudaria de emprego nesse meio tempo!!
NÃO RECOMENDO porque agora estou com dente aberto precisando de restauração, por essa enrolação vou procurar um lugar com melhor atendimento, antes que eu acabe perdendo o dente!!
Pessimo attendance of a certain person who is in the reception, lack of education and always of face made to attend the public. Since going to this clinic in September, I had to wait until December to open a canal in ONE tooth, even though my tooth was hurting a lot and bleeding until March to finish this same channel. When it finishes, it needs restoration and scheduling on the day that the dentist does not answer and you only know why you send a message asking about the consultation, but then reschedule 4 months after enrolling (I would have to finish several teeth) I should have warned you that my plan was going to change, as if I was going to guess that I would change jobs in the meantime !!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND because now I have an open tooth in need of restoration, so I'm going to look for a place with better care, before I end up losing my tooth !!
