★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica sem comprometimento algum com o paciente. Inicialmente, mentiu para o paciente em relação ao prazo de autorização de um procedimento. Sendo que o mesmo é liberado na hora e o dentista pediu 15 dias. Enfim o paciente aguardou os 15 dias, após eu entrar em contato com o convênio e relatar o ocorrido (px o prazo dado ao paciente) a clínica entra rm contato pra informar a autorização e agendamento para iniciar o procedimento. Enfim o paciente é atendido para iniciar o procedimento, daí mais uma vez o dentista pedi 15 dias para o material chegar e quando chegasse entraria em contato e hj com 30 após a segunda consulta continuo aguardando o contato da clínica.
Infelizmente a mesma não tem comprometimento com o paciente, ética profissional onde o mesmo mentiu para o paciente ( seria mais bonito informar, que a agenda estava cheia e q iria demorar um pouco pra marcar o retorno para iniciar o procedimento), responsabilidade e descaso com o paciente.
Não recomendo!

Unfortunately, she has no commitment to the patient, professional ethics where the patient lied to the patient (it would be nicer to inform, that the agenda was full and it would take a while to schedule the return to start the procedure), responsibility and neglect with the patient.
I do not recommend!
