★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não recomendo a OFF ROAD para serviços de funilaria e pintura. Meu carro passou praticamente 60 dias para consertar e depois que peguei o carro de volta, já voltei umas 5x para corrigir problemas não resolvidos e serviços mal executados.
1 - Tampa do porta malas - os profissionais não sabem ajeitar a tampa nova que foi colocada.
2 - Pintura com falhas e apresentando ferrugem com menos de 2 meses.
3 - Recebi o forro de proteção do porta malas solto.
4 - Colagem do nome do modelo do carro.
5 - Respingos de pintura em peças que não foram pintadas
6 - Demora para aquisição do carpete
7 - Serviço de 17000 reais - voltar 5x não tem lógica,
Obs: No primeiro dia que fui buscar o carro, sai com o pneu praticamente solto e quase me causava um acidente.
Enfim não recomendo para ninguém este local para conserto de qualquer carro.
 Unfortunately I do not recommend OFF ROAD for bodywork and painting services. My car took almost 60 days to repair and after I got the car back, I went back about 5 times to fix unresolved problems and poorly executed services.
1 - Trunk cover - professionals do not know how to fix the new cover that has been installed.
2 - Painting with flaws and showing rust in less than 2 months.
3 - I received the loose trunk protection lining.
4 - Collage of the car's model name.
5 - Paint splashes on unpainted parts
6 - Delay for purchasing the carpet
7 - Service of 17000 reais - going back 5x is not logical,
Note: On the first day I went to get the car, I left with the tire practically loose and I almost had an accident.
Anyway, I don't recommend this place for any car repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como disse antes, foi a pior oficina que já deixei o carro, muito atraso e enrolação para entregar o veículo. Tive que aguentar toda essa intolerância devido a escolha do seguro. Não recomendo.
As I said before, it was the worst workshop I ever left the car, too late and unwilling to deliver the vehicle. I had to endure all this intolerance because of the choice of insurance. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima...atendem nunca o telefone...conserto demora demais...e ainda vem cheio de problemas...exemplo...não vedaram ou colocaram direito a porta e assim na primeira chuva entrou água no carro que na porta tem um gelágua portátil...absurdo...rir pra não chorar...
Terrible...they never answer the phone...repair takes too long...and it's still full of problems...example...they didn't seal or put the door right and so in the first rain water got into the car that has the door a portable water gel...absurd...laugh so you don't cry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tive um problema com o ar condicionado do meu carro, nunca resolveram e agora mandaram eu procurar meus direitos, não indico nem pro meu pior inimigo.
Bad service, I had a problem with my car's air conditioning, they never solved it and now they told me to look for my rights, I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
