★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO essa loja, infelizmente são indelicados com as clientes e não explicam nada direito. Decepção total, fiz um pedido e não dão nenhum suporte, infelizmente a dona dessa loja não tem acompanhamento com suas funcionárias, precisa de uma bom treinamento.
Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, tanto on line, qto presencial! Hj tive que me dirigir a loja, pois as vendedoras não respondem WhatsApp, nem atendem telefone. Chegando lá, às 15 e 50 a vendedora sem nenhuma cerimônia fechou a porta na nossa cara de forma deselegante, fazendo gestos que estava fechada, no entanto, ressalto que no Google tem que a loja fica aberta até às 17h. Se pudesse dar menos estrelas daria. Não é possível que o proprietário não veja tantos comentários ruins e não tente melhorar. Tanta gente precisando trabalhar e essas moças trabalham tão descontente que deveriam ter consciência e dar lugar para quem quer trabalhar. Se depender do meu dinheiro e da minha indicação, a loja tá lascada, por mim não compro mais nem um bombom lá!
Terrible service, both online and in person! Today I had to go to the store, because the salesgirls don't answer WhatsApp, nor do they answer the phone. Arriving there, at 3:50 pm the saleswoman unceremoniously closed the door in our face in an inelegant way, making gestures that it was closed, however, I emphasize that on Google the store is open until 5 pm. If I could give fewer stars I would. It's not possible that the owner doesn't see so many bad reviews and doesn't try to improve. So many people needing to work and these girls work so discontented that they should be aware and make room for those who want to work. If it depends on my money and my recommendation, the store is chipped, for me I don't buy even a candy there anymore!

O resto demonstra 0 atitude em nos ajudar, procurar peças ou simplesmente atender bem pra que a gente deseje voltar novamente. Hoje fiz uma compra caríssima de atacado (c/ várias peças) e na hora de cancelar UMA ÚNICA blusa, a caixa suspirou, estalou a língua e não gostou, como se eu estivesse pedindo um favor. Será que eu teria que lembrá-la que eu estava ali como cliente e comprando?
Um verdadeiro desrespeito, me senti constrangida, assim como a minha mãe, uma senhora que estava me acompanhando nas compras.
Rir pra não chorar, é triste saber que o nosso dinheiro não vale nada para algumas pessoas e pior, não ter o respeito básico num atendimento!

The rest demonstrates the attitude of helping us, looking for parts or simply providing good service so that we want to come back again. Today I made a very expensive wholesale purchase (with several pieces) and when it was time to cancel ONE blouse, the cashier sighed, clicked his tongue and didn't like it, as if I was asking for a favor. Would I have to remind her that I was there as a customer and buying?
A real disrespect, I felt embarrassed, as did my mother, a lady who was accompanying me shopping.
Laugh not to cry, it's sad to know that our money is worthless to some people and worse, not having the basic respect in a service!
