★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa e um armário. A mesa do mostruário estava descascada bem no canto a vendedora que viu. Antes de concluir a compra perguntei, não é esse do mostruário que vão me enviar não né? Ela disse que não. Adivinha o que chegou aqui? A mesa com o descascado do mostruário e o armário provável que seja o mesmo, ambos vieram montados e cobertos de poeira. Decepcionante.
 I bought a table and a cupboard. The showcase table was peeled right in the corner the saleswoman she saw. Before completing the purchase I asked, is not this the showcase that will send me, right? She said no. Guess what got here? The table with the peeling of the showcase and the probable cabinet that is the same, both came assembled and covered with dust. Disappointing.

Quando você começa a conversar e explicar, vc é interrompido pela vendedora que acha que já sabe o que acontece com a situação, além de ficar "corrigindo os termos técnicos" a todo momento de sua fala. Ora, não sou vendedor de imóveis, sou comprador. Realmente não volto mais e não indico ninguém, com tanta concorrência não é preciso se submeter a isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido pela funcionária Valdete, levei uma cadeira para consertar o Pistão, só achei caro o conserto, mas a loja é excelente, muito limpa e bem organizada, com ponto forte principalmente no atendimento ao cliente. Acredito que o preço pode melhorar e darei nota máxima.

No dia da entrega, o entregador disse que bateu no meu interfone, esse que não tocou. Voltou mais tarde para fazer as entregas e simplesmente me tratou como se tivesse me fazendo um favor! sendo extremamente rude com o consumidor, alem disso me foi cobrado na entrega o frete que eu ja tinha pedido para incluir na conta!!!
Para oferecer o produto são otimos pena que pecam muito em relação a satisfação do cliente e toda a sua experiencia como usuario

Por isso fui lá agora comprar também. Essa daqui mais baixa ficou perfeita para mim. Preço muito bom! Me atenderam muito bem.
