I made the request for an updated registration of a property I'm looking at sent me a certificate of the property I waited 7 days to come wrong still then I call and no one answers I live far away the phone would be an easy way to solve it just that they don't answer why The phone will do then.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartório não tem uma coordenação forte e que conduza o cartório com seriedade. Equipe super mal educada. Não respeitam horário de abertura e fechamento. Infelizmente somos dependentes deste time "Fraco e Despreparado." O despreparo e o descaso reinam neste cartório.
Notary does not have a strong coordination and it takes the notary seriously. Super rude staff. They do not respect opening and closing times. Unfortunately we are dependent on this "Weak and Unprepared" team. Unpreparedness and neglect reign in this registry.
