★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro nos Freitas em Serra Azul. Ano passado fizeram um excelente trabalho nas estradas rurais daqui. Este ano vieram com a patrola e retiraram os cascalho que havia sido colocado. E colocaram terra. A poeira aqui agora está terrível. Tem lugar nas estradas que tem quase um palmo de poeira, estou aguardando uma solução aqui para nos moradores.
 I live in Freitas in Serra Azul. Last year they did an excellent job on the rural roads here. This year they came with the patrola and removed the gravel that had been laid. And they put land. The dust here is terrible now. It takes place on the roads that have almost a foot of dust, I'm waiting for a solution here for the residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no bairro Central , o acesso pelo Bairro é feito através da ponte do trem , tem anos que falam que vão arrumar. Sai Prefeito e entra prefeito e nada, Coisa simples que facilitaria a vida de muita gente . Não estamos pedindo muito só o essencial . Arrumar essa ponte e asfaltar essa rua principal . O IPTU do Bairro Central tem que ser gasto aqui no Bairro e não vejo fazerem nada por nós.
I live in the Central neighborhood, access through the neighborhood is via the train bridge, for years they say they're going to fix it. Mayor leaves and mayor enters and nothing, Simple thing that would make life easier for many people. We are not asking for much just the essentials. Fix this bridge and pave this main street. The IPTU of Bairro Central has to be spent here in Bairro and I don't see anything being done for us.

Eu querendo resolver um problema (que vai gerar receita para a prefeitura) e simplesmente não querem resolver! Difícil isso!
I simply called 37 times to the department responsible for ITBI and when I didn't call until I dropped, they answered and left the phone off the hook! This is a tremendous disrespect for the citizen!
I want to solve a problem (which will generate revenue for the city hall) and just don't want to solve it! That's hard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar 0 estrelas eu daria, a cidade está completamente abandonada, prefeito lixo que não faz nada, estou com problema sério na minha rua estou tentando ligar na ouvidoria desde 9 horas da manhã e ninguém atende. Não estão nem aí pra população, e depois na época de eleição vem pedir voto. Lixo de prefeitura.
If I could give 0 stars I would, the city is completely abandoned, garbage mayor who does nothing, I have a serious problem on my street I'm trying to call the ombudsman since 9 am and no one answers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com a reforma do prédio da Prefeitura, o atendimento melhorou demais. Mas é inegável que o Prédio é sem acessibilidade, causando transtornos aos cidadãos que tem dificuldades de se locomover. Que a Administração Municipal consiga mudar a sede administrativa para um prédio mais moderno.
With the renovation of the City Hall building, service has improved a lot. But it is undeniable that the building is inaccessible, causing inconvenience to citizens who have difficulty getting around. May the Municipal Administration be able to change the administrative headquarters to a more modern building.
