★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio tem uma ótima localização e estacionamento com planos mensais bem atrativos. A estrutura do prédio é muito boa, no entanto acho que os banheiros poderia ter uma estrutura melhor, apesar de serem muito bons. Na recepção os rapazes que trabalham são bastante educados e muito bons e recebem com sorriso no rosto.
 The building has a great location and parking with attractive monthly plans. The structure of the building is very good, however I think the bathrooms could have a better structure, although they are very good. At the reception the working guys are very polite and very good and greet you with smile on their face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A localização é excelente, mas o prédio não tem estruturas que hoje são essenciais em um prédio comercial, como salas de reunião. Além disso o condomínio é muito alto. Fora isso, é um bom edifício.
The location is excellent, but the building lacks structures that are essential in a commercial building today, such as meeting rooms. Also the condo is very high. Other than that, it's a good building.
