★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um excelente centro médico. Tem otorrinolaringologia, cardiologia, esteticista, dermatologista e várias outras especialidades. Além de ficar muito bem localizado. Agora o estacionamento é complicado. Nós arredores até tem vários estabelecimentos mas estão sempre lotados e, quando se acha uma vaga é caro demais. Melhor mesmo é ir de transporte público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um edifício com mais de dez anos de existência, ele é muito bem conservado e os consultórios estão bem decorados, é bem localizado e com estacionamento no subsolo. Também dá pra estacionar na rua do próprio prédio e nas perpendiculares, através da zona azul, pagando bem mais barato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse recuo de embarque e desembarque que existe na frente do edifício infelizmente não se pode usar, porque motoristas inaptos, egoistas interceptam,e não existe um funcionário para orientar. O cara comprou um veículo, mas esqueceu de guardar o dinheiro para pagar um estacionamento.
