★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu iPhone não estava recarregando ou ligando, fui na OE porque queria assistência autorizada da Apple. Não tenho reclamações quanto ao atendimento ou o local, o cara foi muito educado, mas me disseram depois de levarem meu telefone lá dentro e me deixarem sozinho para “diagnosticar” que o problema era na placa e trocar a bateria não funcionaria, teria que trocar o telefone. Não tendo nada a perder, fui no Rei do iPhone na Sta Efigênia. Abriram o telefone na minha frente, viram que o problema era a bateria, trocaram na hora, custou $150 (metade do valor da autorizada), deram garantia de um ano e sai dali em 20 minutos. Assistência da Apple agora só no Rei do iPhone.

Voces são uma VERGONHA para Apple.Ofereci pagar o serviço para tentar arrumar e evitar perda de dados, o atendente se quer mostrou boa vontade. Vão na do shopping morumbi, esses caras merecem ir a falência! Esse atendimento e descaso com um usuário a 10 Apple! vou abrir reclamação na propria apple sobre esse atendimento ASQUEROSO!Vou formalizar isso internacionalmente! isso nunca aconteceria nos estados unidos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela apenas para poder avaliar e também pela educação na qual fui recebida, mas só! Deram minha máquina como perdida (qse R$ 10k p consertar) e no fim ela está aqui, funcionando e com garantia de uma outra assistência técnica que me cobrou R$ 500,0 pelo reparo.
I gave it a star just to be able to evaluate and also for the education in which I was received, but that's it! They gave my machine as lost (qse R$ 10k to fix it) and in the end it is here, working and guaranteed by another technical assistance that charged me R$ 500.0 for the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fizeram um diagnóstico falho declarando que meu Macbook que está dentro de uma politica de qualidade da MAC estava com outro problema (bateria) o que afastou a aplicação dessa politica de qualidade Apple. Pois bem, liguei no 0800... e fui em outra assistência Apple a qual avaliou meu Macbook e de forma muito rápida aplicou a politica de qualidade Apple trocando tudo exceto a tela. Enfim.... quase paguei R$ 150,00 pelo diagnóstico falho dessa assistência a qual não recomendo. Coloquei 01 estrela pela sensatez em não cobrar esses R$ 150,00
Unfortunately they made a faulty diagnosis stating that my Macbook that is within a MAC quality policy had another problem (battery) which prevented the application of this Apple quality policy. Well, I called the 0800... and went to another Apple service which evaluated my Macbook and very quickly applied Apple's quality policy, changing everything except the screen. Anyway.... I almost paid R$ 150.00 for the faulty diagnosis of this assistance which I do not recommend. I put 01 star for the wisdom in not charging these R$ 150.00
