★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha eu levava minha moto na cruelmotos, porém de um tempo para cá os valores vem ficando muito alto e a qualidade do serviço vem caindo muito. Gosto dos proprietários mas falta uma dedicação e atenção para com os clientes, um tempo atrás pedi para trocar embreagem da minha moto eles falaram que ia ficar pronto no mesmo dia, porém foi postergado para o início do dia seguinte, depois para o fim do dia, poxa já havia avisado que dependia da moto para trabalhar e se não tinha tempo sem problemas arrumava outro lugar, agora fazer o cliente de besta é de mais. Notei que sempre que vou fazer algo o proprietário/mecânico sempre reclama de algo, acho eu que se eu não estou feliz com o que faço, mudo de profissão. Como repeti a cima os donos são muito gente boa vejo que são cristãos, porém mudem o atendimento ao cliente de vocês. Dês de já agradeço a atenção ?? e desejo-lhes sucesso!!
 Look, I used to take my motorcycle to cruelmotos, but for some time now the prices have been very high and the quality of service has been falling a lot. I like the owners but they lack dedication and attention to customers, a while ago I asked to change the clutch on my bike they said it would be ready the same day, but it was postponed to the beginning of the next day, then to the end of the day , hey, I had already warned that I depended on the bike to work and if I didn't have time without problems I would find another place, now making the client like a beast is too much. I noticed that whenever I go to do something the owner/mechanic always complains about something, I think that if I'm not happy with what I do, I change my profession. As I repeated above, the owners are very good people, I see they are Christians, but change your customer service. Thank you for your attention ?? and I wish you success!!
