★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, falta de compromisso com o cliente, não confiem nessa troca de vidro, eles não garantem dar certo e você fica no risco de ter que trocar a tela com eles e detalhe o preço da tela é muito caro, em alguns casos mais caro que na autorizada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive infelizmente neste lugar. Levei un iphone 08 novo e que estava funionando para trocar a tela. A pessoa que me atendeu Sr. Marcelo danificou o celular. Saí de lá sem o celular funcionar. E o pior ele danifica e não quer se responsabilizar. PÉSSIMO! DEVERIA ERA FECHAR ISSO!!!
Unfortunately I was in this place. I took a new iphone 08 and it was working to change the screen. The person who answered me, Mr. Marcelo, damaged his cell phone. I left there without the cell phone working. And the worst it damages and does not want to take responsibility. TERRIBLE! SHOULD IT CLOSE THIS !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nem um pouco! Deixei meu celular lá e eles me deram 3h para consertá-lo, insisti para que fosse mais rápido e eles pediram para eu voltar em 2h. Fiquei rodando no shopping por DUAS HORAS e quando voltei, o rapaz me fala que não tinha a tela pro modelo do meu celular. Total falta de respeito com o consumidor!
I don't recommend it at all! I left my cell phone there and they gave me 3h to fix it, I insisted it be faster and they asked me to come back in 2h. I was running around the mall for TWO HOURS and when I came back, the guy told me he didn't have the screen for my cell phone model. Total lack of respect for the consumer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito ao cliente, deveria se chamar esta loja. Especialmente a que fica localizada na cohama, ao lado dos correios. É ideal para quem quer receber o seu telefone com muito atraso, sem nota fiscal de serviço e para aqueles que gostam de gastar o seu próprio tempo à toa.

ao consumidor, quebraram meu smartwatch moto 360! Não recomendo! Levei o relógio para substituição da bateria e o rapaz abriu como se fosse da Apple e quebrou os componentes internos e externos,o touch não está mais funcionando e a proteção traseira do relógio quebrou completamente...resultado perdi o relógio e ficou por isso mesmo ,o rapaz que fez a manutenção alegou que é normal quebrar a tampa e que o touch já estava assim, olhei vários vídeos da substituição da bateria e nem era preciso remover a tampa que ele removeu ..quebrou tudo por dentro pq não sabia abrir o relógio,o cabo flat do touch foi rasgado...não caiam nessa furada procurem locais autorizados e com procedência!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- Não cumpre prazo de entrega ,deu 1 dia para arrumar o telefone e passou 2 semanas com telefone e chip , e nem uma satisfação é dada .
2- Você liga , manda msg e não tem retorno ou respostas .
3- o telefone foi com a tela trincada e voltou com problema no touch screen. leitura de digital também retornou com defeito.
4- encheu o telefone de defeitos e saiu trocando peças o que deixou o custo do serviço bem mais alto .
Se você não quiser passar raiva , e perder seu dinheiro procure uma assistência de verdade e passe bem longe dessa .
1- It doesn't meet the deadline, it gave 1 day to fix the phone and spent 2 weeks with the phone and SIM card, and not even a satisfaction is given.
2- You call, send messages and have no feedback or answers.
3- the phone had a cracked screen and came back with a problem with the touch screen. digital reading also returned defective.
4- filled the phone with defects and left exchanging parts which made the cost of the service much higher.
If you don't want to get angry, and lose your money, look for a real assistance and get away from it.
