It is difficult to find space to repair your car as the garage is only full. Marcelo, Alex and Mr. Manoel are totally trustworthy people. There, the client is treated with respect. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, me chamo Bruno sou motorista de aplicativo e cada minuto com o carro parado é prejuízo, mas as vezes é necessário perder um pouco do nosso dia e levá-lo na oficina mecânica e fazer uma revisão!
Pois bem ! Hoje dia 28/03/2022 por volta das 11:00h estive nessa oficina para tentar resolver alguns problemas no meu carro . O sr chamado Marcelo , me informou que ia fazer uma verificação no meu carro e entraria em contato comigo para passar o orçamento ! Pois bem, em nenhum momento ninguém me ligou eu que liguei por mais de 4 vezes tentando buscar uma resposta, o Marcelo ficou de me retornar logo em breve , e mais uma vez ninguém ligou . Ou seja meu carro ficou o dia todo parado sem ninguém conseguir ao menos dar uma olhada e passar o orçamento , fui na loja agora por volta das 17:45h para retirar o meu carro e a resposta que tive é que eles não tiveram tempo para colocar no elevador devido ter muitos carros na minha frente , então pelo visto eu não fui o único que ficou aguardando uma resposta !
Um dia completamente perdido pra mim, faltou transparência da parte deles em falar que estava cheio e que não daria para pegar o meu carro hoje , assim procuraria outra oficina que certamente já estaria com o meu carro pronto !
Aí pergunto , como fica o meu prejuízo de um dia parado sem trabalhar , pois nada foi feito no meu carro !
Classifico essa oficina como péssimo atendimento , sem nenhuma consideração com cliente !
Fica uma dica , não levem seu carro nessa oficina , é perda de tempo !

Bad experience, my name is Bruno, I'm an app driver and every minute with the car stopped is a loss, but sometimes it's necessary to lose a little bit of our day and take it to the mechanic shop and have a review!
Well then! Today 03/28/2022 at around 11:00 am I was in this workshop to try to solve some problems with my car. Mr Marcelo , informed me that he was going to check my car and would contact me to pass the budget ! Well, at no time no one called me I called more than 4 times trying to get an answer, Marcelo was to get back to me soon, and once again no one called. In other words, my car was stopped all day without anyone being able to at least take a look and pass the quote, I went to the store now around 5:45 pm to pick up my car and the answer I got is that they didn't have time to put it in. in the elevator due to many cars in front of me , so apparently I was not the only one who was waiting for an answer !
A completely lost day for me, they lacked transparency in saying that it was full and that I wouldn't be able to get my car today, so I would look for another workshop that would certainly have my car ready!
Then I ask, how is my loss from a day stopped without working, because nothing was done to my car!
I classify this workshop as bad service, without any consideration for the customer!
Here's a tip, don't take your car to this workshop, it's a waste of time!
