Horrible service as usual. Now in the pandemic, they decided to close themselves inside the registry office and the customers who die outside in the sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior cartório que já fui na vida. Não atendem telefone, demoram a responder e-mail e quando respondem, não dão as informações pedidas. Eles só respondem rápido quando é para receber dinheiro, mas quando você paga e fica aguardando processo, eles somem. Me deram o número de WhatsApp falando que eu poderia entrar em contato, mas visualizam e não respondem.
Worst registry office I've ever been to. They don't answer the phone, they take a long time to respond to e-mails and when they answer, they don't give the requested information. They only respond quickly when it's to receive money, but when you pay and wait for a process, they disappear. They gave me the WhatsApp number saying I could get in touch, but they see it and don't respond.

Penso que poderíamos ter morrido nesse intervalo de tantas coisas que eles pedem cada vez que vamos lá, em quanto quem paga tem tudo resolvido em horas ?
Sad , very neglectful of marriages by exception , every time I 've gone I leave there wanting to cry
I'm 53 years old my fiance is 57
I think we could have died in that range of so many things they ask for every time we go there, when whoever pays has everything resolved in hours ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dá pra dizer nem quem tem péssimo atendimento, liguei hoje deixaram fone fora do gancho, até eu desistir. Depois tentei várias vezes e o fone permaneceu fora do gancho.
I can't even say who has poor service, I called today they left the phone off the hook, until I gave up. Then I tried several times and the phone stayed off the hook.
