★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O próprio médico descumpre as regras sanitárias. Ele estava na recepção com a máscara no queixo. Pedi para ele subir a máscara e ele disse que não iria subir e ainda me chamou de imbecil e idiota. Não recomendo a ninguém.
The doctor himself does not comply with health rules. He was in reception with the mask on his chin. I asked him to put up the mask and he said he wouldn't go up and he called me an imbecile and an idiot. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha ressalva é com relação a atendente que é muito mal humorada e não é gentil. Quem trabalha diretamente com o público deve responder positivamente aos estímulos recebidos. Mesmo que ela esteja passando por algum perrengue pessoal.
Um simples "bom dia" foi ignorado.
My caveat is regarding the attendant who is very grumpy and not kind. Anyone who works directly with the public must respond positively to the stimuli received. Even if she's going through some personal trouble.
A simple "good morning" was ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica até possui boa apresentação, mas o que deu para perceber é que o atendimento começa às 7:30 e já são 7:48hs e o atendimento ainda não começou. Cumpre com as normas de isolamento. Sugiro mais cadeiras do lado de fora para acomodar melhor os clientes. Atendimento bastante demorado, muita demanda de clientes. Aguardando há 1 hora e ainda sem perspectivas de atendimento.
Clinic even has a good presentation, but what I noticed is that the service starts at 7:30 am and it is already 7:48 am and the service has not started yet. Complies with insulation standards. I suggest more chairs outside to better accommodate customers. Very long service, a lot of customer demand. Waiting for 1 hour and still no prospect of service.

I was afraid of the service because of the reviews, but I ended up being well attended (by a doctor). Nothing to complain about.

Não o dico essa clinica
Bad service, it looks like you're asking for a favor, but you have to imagine the Detran is already how it is so what to expect right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pense na humilhação!!!! Essa clínica deveria ser descadastrada do DETRAN!! Se existe abuso de poder é nessa clínica, a gente se submete por que não sabe mais o que fazer! Fui humilhado, mal tratado, desrespeitado! Pense que tive que esperar no sol no meio da lama porque tinha chovido muito!!! E quem atendeu não foi o médico que consta no registro do detran, quem me atendeu foi uma senhora que se dizia médica sem nome, pois ela não se identificou nem me mostrou nenhum documento de comprovação! Além de ser extremamente grosseira e mal educada, não era ela quem deveria me atender e sim o médico que eu marquei no detran que nem sei se trabalha lá. Olha não indico a ninguém passar por isso! Nunca fui tão humilhado na minha vida inteira!!!
Think of the humiliation!!!! This clinic should be unregistered from the DMV!! If there is abuse of power, it is in this clinic, we submit because we don't know what else to do! I was humiliated, mistreated, disrespected! Think I had to wait in the sun in the middle of the mud because it had rained a lot!!! And the person who attended was not the doctor listed in the DMV record, who attended me was a lady who called herself a nameless doctor, because she did not identify herself or show me any supporting documents! In addition to being extremely rude and impolite, she wasn't the one who should see me, but the doctor that I scheduled in the DMV who I don't even know if he works there. Look, I don't recommend anyone to go through this! I have never been so humiliated in my entire life!!!
