★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é feio, atendimento razoavelmente ruim desde a recepcionista e a pessoa que me atendeu, uma decepção, que mau humor. Se busca por um bom atendimento, não indico irem até lá.
The place is ugly, service reasonably bad since the receptionist and the person who answered me, a disappointment, that bad mood. If you are looking for a good service, I do not suggest going there.

There was only one doctor to see everyone, so it took longer, but the reception and the doctor's service was good and I had a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como já mencionado nos comentários abaixo, o atendimento da recepção é um lixo. Pessoas chegam atrasadas e são passadas na frente de quem já está lá. As recepcionistas com cara de b.... O que salvou foi o atendimento do médico... mas essas infelizes da recepção tem que procurar outra coisa pra trabalhar, que não seja com o público.
As already mentioned in the comments below, the reception service is rubbish. People arrive late and are passed in front of those who are already there. The receptionists with the face of b .... What saved the doctor's attention ... but these unfortunate people at the reception have to look for something else to work with, other than with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema da clinica não é bom. Primeiro que quem faz o atestado não é a médica, como deveria ser, e sim a recepção. Expliquei claramente para eles que eu precisava de um atestado informando que eu tinha que ficar afastado durante as horas da consulta pois só assim a empresa abonaria as horas. Simplesmente ignoraram e fizeram uma declaração de horas genérica que de nada me serviu. Sem contar a insistência em levar a pessoa que saiu da consulta direto para uma ótica deles sendo que eu disse que não tinha interesse. O que acaba sendo extremamente chato e inconveniente...só não dou uma estrela porque a médica me atendeu super bem e não demoro para chamar.
The clinic system is not good. Firstly, it is not the doctor who makes the certificate, as it should be, but the reception. I explained clearly to them that I needed a certificate stating that I had to stay away during the consultation hours because only then would the company pay the hours. They simply ignored it and made a generic time statement that was of no use to me. Not to mention the insistence on taking the person who left the consultation straight to their optician, and I said I was not interested. Which ends up being extremely annoying and inconvenient... the only reason I don't give it a star is because the doctor took care of me very well and I didn't take long to call.
