Marquei o exame Galilei G6 para a minha filha, no dia eu avisei que houve um imprevisto, elas avisaram que estariam na clínica até às 17h00 e fariam o exame. Cheguei às 16h45 e me avisaram pelo interfone que desligaram tudo, eu pedi para entrar e remarcar e não permitiram sequer que eu entrasse. Falta de respeito!
My husband is a patient of Dr Cláudia, she is a very good professional, but the employees are not educated. I scheduled the Galilei G6 exam for my daughter, on the day I told her that there was an unforeseen event, they said they would be at the clinic until 5:00 pm and they would do the exam. I arrived at 4:45 pm and they warned me through the intercom that they turned off everything, I asked to enter and reschedule and they did not even allow me to enter. Lack of respect!
