Good afternoon, I was very badly assisted in this Clinic, even with a physical disability, I couldn't solve my problem, I had Pterygium in my right eye, I was first assisted by Dr karla in December 2020, then I said that a worker in January 2021, the which never happened, she said that Mariana's secretary would resolve the issue of documents, and that she would get in touch with me, but it never happened, I spent the entirety of January trying to resolve this with this Mariana, who by the way was very harsh and showing a lot of bad temper, early February 2021 I went back to the Clinic again to talk to Dr Karla, in addition to receiving the consultation, she told me she was going to go on maternity leave and that she couldn't help me, that is, she pushed her belly until she could excuse me, so I do not recommend this doctor, it is easy to identify her because she is an oriental. at the same Clinic I then went to Dro Allan, who was a very traumatizing disappointment, he referred me to Mariana's secretary, this time he handed me the documents, request for authorization from the health insurance, the authorization came out, everything was fine, I delivered the entire document for this Mariana, who once again got on with me, sometimes the doctor is absent, sometimes who is Mariana's own secretary, then the authorization form valid for 45 days ended up expiring, because I charged so much, I received a much more traumatic response than the first one doctor, this Mariana secretariat called me and said I would have to start the process all over again, I ended up giving up, it's a simple surgery, I stayed from December 2020 to September 2021 and I couldn't get help from these doctors and the secretariats are two Mariana and Fabiane, I don't recommend this Clinic, I don't wish that for the next one, I have quadripregia and I was treated this way, as they would with a normal person, so be careful, Dro Allan and Dr Karla and these secretariats. I looked for the ISTITUTO DA VISAO Clinic on Avenida Tovoli, I was very well attended in this month of December and I was already operated on and I'm very well, happy because I'm feeling well again.
