★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com uma bike Oggi 7.4 aonde veio da problema no quadro aparece que tinta do quadro começou a estufar algo assim , a loja aonde eu comprei a bike já deu entrada na garantia e nada de resposta , mandei e-mail pada Oggi zero resposta , Garantia péssima .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proposta da marca é excelente . Recentemente comprei uma 7.6 . Tive vários problemas na bicicleta, já abri garantia do cubo traseiro e do quadro ( pintura/ compressão do rolamento do pé de vela ) . A Oggi mandou um quadro novo! E advinha veio com o mesmo problema do anterior . Não entendo como uma marca faz um suicídio de marketing como esse . Enfim , esses dias vou na loja novamente abrir a garantia novamente . E se me perguntarem se indico a marca hoje em dia responderei que não.
The brand's proposal is excellent. I recently bought a 7.6. I had several problems on the bike, I already opened the rear hub and frame warranty (painting / compression of the candle foot bearing). Oggi sent a new painting! And guessing came with the same problem as the previous one. I don't understand how a brand does a marketing suicide like that. Anyway, these days I'm going to the store again to open the warranty again. And if you ask me if I indicate the brand today, I will say no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem resposta do fornecedor quanto a garantia. Já mandei diversos emails e preenchi muitos formulários no próprio site OGGI e nada. Obrigado por nada e da próxima procurarei uma marca que não seja precária no atendimento completo, um exemplo de falha para o mercado saber o que não fazer.
No response from the supplier regarding the warranty. I have already sent several emails and filled out many forms on the OGGI website and nothing. Thanks for nothing and next time I will look for a brand that is not precarious in full service, an example of failure for the market to know what not to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou pesquisando e confesso que as más avaliações prejudicam muito a imagem da empresa. Melhorem um pouco a rede de atendimento de vocês e com certeza encorajarão as pessoas a adquirirem os seus produtos. Há relatos de pessoas há 3 meses com dificuldade de manutenção, aí fica difícil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço e atendimento de garantia. Estou a mais de 90 dias sem bike e sem resposta de quando irão repor meu quadro que novamente quebrou na região do do canote do banco. 0800 que não pode ser para cliente final e e-mail do SAC que visualizam teu e-mail e não respondem.
Bad service and warranty service. I have been without a bike for over 90 days and no answer as to when my condition will be restored, which again broke down in the seatpost region. 0800 that cannot be for end customer and SAC e-mail that view your e-mail and do not respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior marca que existe, eles permitem você comprar uma bike pela internet e quando precisa da garantia ao entrar em contato com eles te mandam procurar a loja, não importa se a loja é de SC e você seja de SP, que se vire e vá até a loja. Pior de tudo que eles sabem do defeito que é crônico do modelo 7.0 e apenas ignoram.
Como nao achei lugar para responder o comentário de vocês estou editando aqui para responder. A "excelente" garantia de vocês me mandaram uma mola para substituir a que veio, que não resolveu nada (que novidade né) mas o problema foi resolvido sim, a alternativa? vendi a 7.0 e comprei uma SCOTT, por sinal isso sim é bike! OGGI? NUNCA MAIS!
Worst brand that exists, they allow you to buy a bike over the internet and when you need the guarantee when contacting them they send you to look for the store, no matter if the store is from SC and you are from SP, turn around and go to the store. Worst of all, they know about the chronic defect in the 7.0 model and just ignore it.
As I couldn't find a place to reply to your comment, I'm editing here to reply. The "excellent" guarantee from you sent me a spring to replace the one that came, which did not solve anything (which is new, right) but the problem was solved, the alternative? I sold it at 7.0 and bought a SCOTT, by the way this is a bike! OGGI? NEVER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionado com a Oggi Bikes, comprei uma bicicleta modelo 7.4 em menos de três meses já estou precisando acionar a garantia, parece uma carroça de tanto que estrala o movimento central, levei na loja onde comprei e o mecânico abriu o movimento central, tudo quebrado inclusive o rolamento travando, isso ocorre porque o cubo esta ovalizado. Já tentamos varias vezes contato com a oggi e nada, tiraram até o 0800 de linha, já fiz reclamação no reclame aqui e nada, já estou entrando com processo no Procon, quero que resolva o problema. Não recomendo essa marca de bicicleta, agente paga um absurdo na bike e na hora que mais precisa somos iguinorados, um descaso total com nos consumidores. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo SAC, me respondeu em 2 minutos após o envio do meu e-mail, com uma resposta genérica, pouco ligando pro consumidor e deixando o B.O pra revendedora, que só quer saber de trocar peça, suspensão, mesa, pedivela e etc. Péssimo atendimento. (Detalhe, 5 bikes Oggi foram adquiridas por indicação minha). NUNCA MAIS FALO BEM.
Terrible SAC, responded to me within 2 minutes after sending my e-mail, with a generic response, not caring for the consumer and leaving the OB to the reseller, who only wants to know about changing a part, suspension, table, crank and etc. Terrible attendance. (Detail, 5 Oggi bikes were purchased on my recommendation). I NEVER SPEAK WELL AGAIN.
