Quando o dono ou gerente de uma loja precisa abordar o cliente por algum motivo , deverá saber como aborda-lo, pois somos clientes. Eu consigo viver sem sua loja, agora a sua loja não vive sem clientes . O cliente estavá errado porque não estava usando máscara , mas qual o hábito de se usar máscara??? Usamos máscara desde quando??? Hum, então a cliente ficou sem graça , pois tinha esquecido desse novo costume e quis falar sobre o esquecimento de uma forma sutil e o "gerente de loja foi grosseiro , fazendo cara feia como se a cliente tivesse cometido o maior erro de sua vida! Enfim, os sorvetes da loja são otimos ,eu recomendo, recomendo também ao moço, não sei se é dono ou o que, fazer um Curso de educação e gentileza para que seu comércio seja bem conceituado e o cliente com vontade de voltar . Eu trabalho com o público a 30 Anos e nunca tratei mal ninguém dentro do estabelecimento q atendo! Obrigada!
Ice creams from this store are excellent, as are the prices too, but I can't say the same about the store manager. When the owner or manager of a store needs to approach the customer for any reason, he must know how to approach him, as we are customers. I can live without your store, now your store cannot live without customers. The client was wrong because he was not wearing a mask, but what is the habit of wearing a mask ??? Since when have we used a mask ??? Um, so the customer was embarrassed, as she had forgotten about this new custom and wanted to talk about forgetting in a subtle way and the "store manager was rude, making a face as if the customer had made the biggest mistake of her life! Anyway, the ice cream in the store is great, I recommend it, I also recommend it to the guy, I don’t know if he owns it or what, to take an education and kindness course so that his trade is well regarded and the client wants to return. with the public for 30 years and I never treated anyone badly inside the establishment that I answer!
