★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente os sorvetes são baratos. O mais barato 99 centavos e é uma delícia. Comprei de todos os preços. E todos são de qualidade. O lugar é limpo e organizado. Quando eu fui não tinha ninguém. Só a Rua que é difícil e estreita para estacionar.
 Ice cream is really cheap. The cheapest 99 cents and is a delight. Bought at all prices. And all are of quality. The place is clean and organized. When I went there was no one. Only the street is difficult and narrow to park.

Nessa unidade da Cid.Tiradentes, presenciei um desrespeito com funcionário, entendo que na correria do momento acabamos agindo pelo calor do momento, mas um chefe ou líder tem que tomar cuidado como se expressa nesses momentos, gritar com funcionário, fazer comentário maldosos pega mal para os clientes e principalmente para os funcionários. Primeiro você deve prezar pelo funcionários porque uma empresa é formada por pessoas.
Ocorrido foi dia 12/09/21 Os sorvetes estavam acabando e um mulher alta e loira começou a gritar com uma funcionária dela, tenho certeza que a Oggi não passa esse treinamento para seus franquiado.

In this unit of Cid.Tiradentes, I witnessed disrespect with an employee, I understand that in the rush of the moment we ended up acting for the heat of the moment, but a boss or leader has to be careful how they express themselves in these moments, shouting at an employee, making nasty comments is bad for customers and especially for employees. First, you must care for employees because a company is made up of people.
What happened was 12/09/21 The ice creams were running out and a tall blonde woman started yelling at her employee, I'm sure Oggi doesn't pass this training on to its franchisees.

Whenever possible, I go there with my family to check out some flavors. Great prices and lots of flavor options. ice cream in wrapped sticks, cups, and in 2lt jars.
