★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, a menina em especial que fiz perguntas sobre os sorvetes super antipática e impaciente, extremamente grossa, nem respondeu a minha pergunta, depois no momento de pagar ela reclamou da minha nota e disse que eu ia acabar com o troco dela, sendo que minha nota era de R$20, eu respirei fundo e disse, “colega, paciência, não tenho culpa do seu troco, não tenho nota menor!!” Me olhou feio e me senti pior ainda quando pedi cpf na nota que é de direito do consumidor!!!
Eu acho que a OGGI deveria selecionar melhor os profissionais, pois os mesmos são os que representam o nome da empresa e sinceramente esse é um estabelecimento que eu não piso e faço questão de divulgar como os clientes são tratados!!! INDIGNADA!!!
Bad experience, the girl in particular who asked questions about ice cream, super obnoxious and impatient, extremely rude, didn't even answer my question. my bill was R$20, I took a deep breath and said, "colleague, patience, it's not my fault for your change, I don't have a lower bill!!" He looked at me ugly and I felt even worse when I asked for cpf on the bill that is the consumer's right!!!
I think that OGGI should better select professionals, as they are the ones who represent the company's name and honestly this is an establishment that I do not walk in and I insist on publicizing how clients are treated!!! OUTRAGED!!!
