Apart from the arrogance of the attendant, it is a great gym. As good service is essential, I removed 3 stars, otherwise it would be 5. Here's a tip.

I do not recommend! The attendants and instructors do not bother to wear a mask! Much less sanitize the appliances. Whenever I needed to request information at the service desk, the attendants were not concerned with the issue of the covid-19, and were left without a mask. They gave me the time information incorrectly too. Some users of the academy also do not wear a mask, are wandering between the devices and also do not clean after use. Of course, the instructors don't say anything, they don't alert people about the procedures due to covid-19. Anyway, if you are looking for a safe academy in times of pandemic, look for another one.

Simpler gym, but it has air conditioning! And a good price for the region

Good value for money, it has some equipment a little shabby but everything works, apart from that good, teachers, infrastructure, easy parking and great price.

I love the gym...super professional instructor, he accompanies the students, clearing all our doubts, new equipment...I highly recommend it!!???????

Worst gym ever! Bathroom without structure, shower does not work and is not scheduled to be repaired. Bad experience. I went 1 time and gave up. Now I'm having trouble having the registration canceled and the amount refunded on the card. TERRIBLE! On 11/06 (Saturday) I went to the gym to get to know it, as it was the closest to my house and to enroll. At the reception, my husband and I were greeted by one of the instructors who answered all our questions and informed us that everything was working perfectly. The receptionist came next and confirmed the information, including ensuring the full functioning of the bathrooms and showers. On Monday 11/08, I went to use the gym for the first time. And, as I was short on time to use it, I decided to do a few minutes on a treadmill and cardio. I realized that the infra was not all that was sold at the time of registration. Air conditioning was not the best, several people without the correct use of masks and few containers to sanitize the appliances. After the exercise I headed to the locker room and showered. to my surprise the LOCKER ROOM DID NOT HAVE A WORKING SHOWER. DO NOT LEAVE WATER, THE WATER WAS COLD, NO STRUCTURE TO CHANGE OR SUPPORT YOUR BACKPACK AND BELONGINGS. I called the receptionist and she informed me that, indeed, the bathrooms were undergoing maintenance, but that, unfortunately, there was no forecast for completion. At the same time, I asked to cancel the registration and monthly fee, as, for me, this is part of the gym's infrastructure and is not in accordance with what was informed and sold at the time of contracting the service. Moral of the story, I've already tried to contact HENRIQUE, Manager and OWNER of the establishment several times, asking for my refund and he doesn't answer my calls anymore. As of 11/17, no one from the finance department has contacted us to resolve the situation, despite requesting the person in charge to contact him several times and without returning this information. Large and well equipped structure. It is never crowded and serves well those who are focused on training.

I've been at this gym for almost 1 month, what caught my attention was the hours I attend most, they are from empty to medium, another thing is that I can train until midnight, there is no limit of 1 hour per day of training, parking free. However I missed more abdominal devices, the ones that are there are outdated and a little damaged. The treadmills are very new and the other equipment too, another thing I missed is some devices that could have at least two, an extension table, standing twins, alternating biceps and sitting on the machine. But for the rest, the gym serves me very well.
