★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site diz que o atendimento é ate as 18:00 sendo que a loja está a fechando as 17:00... E os atendente fica criando empecilhos pro atendimento proximo de fechar avisa que esta sem sistema para não atender mas..Por 2 vz que estive na loja não resgatei meu chip...Decepcionada

No site informar a loja na troca do chip pré pago grátis.. foi na loja a atendente me informou que só faz a troca do chip grátis para cliente pós pago.... já informei a central da Oi eles me falaram que " mesmo a loja for uma franquia eles tem a obrigação de trocar o chip"...
Ficar a dica..a sorte da loja que não quis correr atrás dos meus direitos...eu sou empresário sei muito bem dos meus..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado, hoje eu estive na loja e eles já estavam fechados antes das 18:00, sendo que no vidro estava estampado fecha as 18:00. Os atendentes sabem que estão errados, mas persistem no erro.
