Péssima empresa em todos os quesitos,o email retorna as mensagens ou seja não aceita as demandas de reclamações,profissionais que chegam na casa das pessoas como se estivessem em outro local,sem contar que nem emendar fios eles não sabem ou fazem de qualquer forma ,não fazem visitas nos horários que os clientes podem receber. No meu caso só posso receber visita as 17hs,dentro do horário informado pelo atendimento da Oi e da Anatel.Nota zero!

In my case, I can only receive visits at 5 pm, within the time informed by Oi and Anatel's customer service. Note zero!
