★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a troca de óleo do motor, do câmbio e do freio e fez a limpeza do radiador e paguei no cartão em três vezes e para minha surpresa cobraram o juros da maquininha do cartão de mim, e isso não estava no acordo, não recomendo agiram de má fé comigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no dia 16 de outubro meu pai trocou o óleo do motor, fluido de freio, filtro de combustível e filtro do óleo ( GASTOU R$ 564,60).
o prestador de serviço LUAN, tirou o filtro de ar para efetuar a limpeza do mesmo e do compartimento do carro, para evitar que a sujeira fosse para dentro do motor, o prestador de serviço obstruiu a passagem de ar que vai para dentro do motor, até ai tudo bem, se ele não tivesse esquecido o bendito pano no compartimento que guia o ar para o corpo de borboleta.
no dia 20 meu pai viajou para Bahia, pois ele mora lá e estava aqui a passeio, ao andar aproximadamente 700 KM, o carro dele apresentou problemas no frio, o freio ficou duro, pois o pano obstruindo a passagem de ar causou problema no servo freio, podendo até mesmo te matar meu pai e minha mãe na estrada. Os problemas só estavam começando, pois eles perderam um dia na estrada e o mecânico local não conseguia descobrir o problema do carro, até o catalizador foi arrancado, pois o scanner acusava problema no sistema de gases e o carro nesse momento falhava muito quando pegava. Meu pai acionou o seguro para pode conseguir chegar na Bahia, e poder solucionar o problema com Calma.
resumindo, demorou mais uns 7 dias até o mecânico descobrir o pano no compartimento do filtro do carro e descobrir que o corpo de borboleta tinha se danificado por conta do ocorrido.
Meu pai ficou sem o carro por volta de 40 dias.
nesta "brincadeira" que poderia ter custado a vida dos meus pais, custou quase R$ 4.000,00.
após meu pai ter conseguido solucionar o problema, procurei a loja para ser ressarcido (10/12/2021), pois é o mínimo que poderiam fazer para poder amenizar todo esse transtorno, mas não quiseram nem saber, alegaram que o pano no compartimento do filtro de ar não poderia ter ocasionado o problema, que eu estava inventado que era minha parava contra a dele.
pois bem não recomento os serviços do BARÃO DO ÓLEO nem para o meu pior inimigo. Péssimos profissionais sem preparo técnico até para argumentar sobre o ocorrido.
ainda informo que eu e minha família vamos entrar com uma ação indenizatória contra eles, pois isso não pode ficar impune.

Well, I don't recommend the services of the BARON OF OIL, not even for my worst enemy. Terrible professionals without technical preparation even to argue about what happened.
I further inform that my family and I are going to file a suit for damages against them, as this cannot go unpunished.
