atendimento: precário - atendentes mal preparadas, não fazem questão de agradar os clientes, tive a impressão que estavam fazendo um favor em me atender; ficavam olhando o celular e não verificavam clientes que estavam chamando; em um rodízio, não vieram 1 única vez perguntar se gostaríamos de mais algum prato.
comida: ruim - vários pratos quentes chegaram frios, uramaki foi o dos piores que já experimentei; sashimi razoável
opinião final: tem que melhorar muito para se tornar um restaurante razoável.
 environment: not very fancy, but cozy
service: precarious - poorly prepared attendants, they don't make a point of pleasing customers, I had the impression that they were doing me a favor by serving me; they were looking at their cell phones and not checking customers who were calling; in an all-you-can-eat course, they didn't come once to ask if we'd like any more dishes.
food: bad - several hot dishes arrived cold, uramaki was the worst I have ever tasted; reasonable sashimi
final opinion: it has to improve a lot to become a reasonable restaurant.
