Se voce manda imprimir algo na prata, vc tem a venda da prata e a prestação de serviço. Emfim foi me deram um papel comum que não tem valor fiscal algum. A loja precisa rever esse conceito, pois não justifica não ter me dado a nota fiscal da minha compra...

Pedi para trocar por um mais grosso e não para simplesmente soldar, como me ofereceram, pois não confiava mais no produto. Afinal, ninguém compra um colar para usar apenas 3 dias. Após muita insistência e ter recorrido ao Código de Defesa do Consumidor para não ter de pagar abusivamente diferença no preço, pois, segundo o Código, eu tinha a opção de abatimento no preço, troca do produto (por um melhor caso a qualidade do produto adquirido não seja satisfatória ou o produto esteja viciado), ou devolução da quantia paga, troquei por um mais grosso e não tive mais problemas. Tirando a pequena discussão e a frustração com o primeiro produto, a loja é ótima. Havia comprado 1 par de brincos também e estes estão em perfeito estado.

Apart from the little discussion and frustration with the first product, the store is great. I had bought 1 pair of earrings too and these are in perfect condition.
