★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento é a terceira vez que venho trazer minha mãe que tem 95 anos, na primeira foram quase 3 horas de atraso. Na segunda vez foi normal mas precisamos retornar com um especialista e foram mais de 2 horas de atraso, um enorme desrespeito.
 Terrible service is the third time I have brought my mother, who is 95 years old, the first time I was almost 3 hours late. The second time was normal but we need to return with a specialist and there were more than 2 hours late, a huge disrespect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei um pouco antes do horário agendado e tive que aguardar do lado de fora pois estava (talvez pelo pouco movimento) fechado para almoço mas assim que chegaram o atendimento foi prestativo e atencioso. A Doutora Juliane atendeu muito bem, com muita atenção e cordialidade. Volto para fazer exame em janeiro. Sempre é bom ser bem atendido!
Retornei em janeiro para realização do exame, e agora sem estar fechado para o almoço, isto é, cheguei e já tinha gente na sala de espera. Como o meu procedimento já estava agendado, foi chegar, aguardar um pouco e depois dos procedimentos (colírio nos olhos) para dilata-los, logo já estava na sala da Dr Juliane sendo examinado! Novamente muito bem atendido e com direito a café e bolachinhas (quem tem diabetes tipo 2 como eu e precisa de tempo em tempo comer algo, ta de bom tamanho!) Parabéns aos envolvidos!
I arrived a little before the scheduled time and had to wait outside because it was (perhaps due to the little movement) closed for lunch but as soon as they arrived the service was helpful and attentive. Dr. Juliane attended very well, with great attention and cordiality. I come back to take the exam in January. It's always good to be well taken care of!
I returned in January to take the exam, and now without being closed for lunch, that is, I arrived and there were already people in the waiting room. As my procedure was already scheduled, I arrived, waited a little and after the procedures (eye drops) to dilate them, soon I was in Dr Juliane's room being examined! Again very well attended and with coffee and cookies (those who have type 2 diabetes like me and need to eat something from time to time, it's a good size!) Congratulations to those involved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu super tensa, por estar fazendo um exame que as chances eram altas de ter um problema sério nos olhos...Tive que fazer ouvindo a gerente falar sobre a vida pessoal dela para a funcionária que estava realizando meu exame. Achei muito chato a situação. Desde o momento que essa gerente chegou, só sabia falar gritando, falando que tinha muito trabalho.Só não fui embora, por que já tinha pago os exames.
I was super tense, because I was taking an exam, the chances were high that I had a serious eye problem... I had to listen to the manager talk about her personal life to the employee who was performing my exam. I found the situation very upsetting. From the moment this manager arrived, she only knew how to talk screaming, saying that she had a lot of work. I just didn't leave, because I had already paid for the exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ruim, pois marquei meu filho pro dia 04/03 é quando foi a noite me mandaram mensagem dizendo que não teria médico então Re marquei pro dia 05/03 quando o meu filho chega lá cobraram a consulta e depois de esperar vieram falar que não tinha médico novamente " DEPOIS DE TER COBRADO " liguei pra falar com a gerente a atendente me falou que ela estava ocupada isso duas vezes que liguei, na segunda vez falei que não ia ligar novamente que queria falar com ela, ela super arrogante falando que eles não sabem a idade que o médico atende, como não sabe disso??? Simplesmente só vai vendendo? Falou que não tinha o que fazer porque não tinha médico ,e a gente fica com cara de tacho por falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa.
The service is bad, because I scheduled my son for the 04/03th and when it was the night they sent me a message saying that there would be no doctor so I rescheduled for the 05/03th when my son gets there they charged for the appointment and after waiting they came to talk that there was no doctor again " AFTER CHARGING " I called to talk to the manager the attendant told me that she was busy that twice I called, the second time I said I wouldn't call again that I wanted to talk to her, she was super arrogant talking that they don't know how old the doctor is, how can they not know that??? Are you just selling? He said that he had nothing to do because there was no doctor, and we look like a pot due to the lack of professionalism of this company.
