Inicialmente fui rapidamente bem recepcionado pela atendente . O estabelecimento conta com uma sala de espera para os clientes, com tv, café, água , sofá , ar condicionado.
Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos. Não havia nenhum reparo necessário na suspensão e o eletrovrntilador estava ok. Por conta do ruído ao ligar o ar condicionado (que eu achava que era o eletrovrntilador), o mecânico sugeriu levá-lo para avaliar o compressor. ( Pelo que eu vi realmente é esse o problema).
No final das contas, so precisei fazer o alinhamento e balanceamento. Estou bem satisfeito com o serviço oferecido e honestidade. Diferente de vários outros lugares(oficinas) em salvador que empurram serviços , peças desnecessárias..
I went to the establishment to do an evaluation of the suspension and electric fan, alignment and balance.
Initially I was quickly well received by the attendant. The establishment has a waiting room for customers, with TV, coffee, water, sofa, air conditioning.
The staff were very attentive. There were no suspension repairs needed and the electrocontroller was ok. Because of the noise when turning on the air conditioner (which I thought was the electrovaulter), the mechanic suggested taking him in to evaluate the compressor. (From what I've seen this is really the problem).
In the end, I just needed to do the alignment and balancing. I am very satisfied with the service offered and honesty. Unlike many other places (workshops) in Salvador that push services, unnecessary parts..
