★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei meio demorado o prazo que levou para realizar o orçamento, 8 dias. Desisti do conserto e a impressora voltou sem ligar. Após reclamar da demora e do status da impressora o técnico ofereceu um desconto para o conserto, aceitei e a impressora está funcionando normalmente.
 I found the time it took to make the budget a bit long, 8 days. I gave up on the repair and the printer came back without turning on. After complaining about the delay and the status of the printer the technician offered a discount for the repair, I accepted and the printer is working normally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, dizem que ligam pra passar o orçamento e não ligam, fiquei ligando várias vezes e depois de 1 mês me entregaram e tiraram minha tinta original da Epson e colocaram uma Coreana que imprime tudo fosco.
Reclamei e não corrigiram o erro.

Terrible service, they say they call to spend the budget and they don't, I kept calling several times and after 1 month they gave me my original Epson ink and put in a Korean that prints everything matte.
I complained and they didn't correct the error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos profissionais , atendimento horrível .. eles falam que colocam peças novas e tiram de outras impressoras pra colocar na sua .. não dura nem 2 meses .. fora que vc leva com um problema elas voltam com mais 4 .. ai eles vem dizer que vc a levou com aquele problema .. demora pra entregar .. demora pra atender .. não concertam nada .
já levei minhas impressoras 3 vezes e não foi nada barato ... todas elas voltam com o mesmo problema e mais uns 2 ... NÃO RECOMENDO !!!!! alertem que este lugar é só enganação .
Terrible professionals , horrible service .. they say they put new parts and take them from other printers to put in yours .. it doesn't even last 2 months .. except that you have a problem, they come back with another 4 .. then they come to say that you took her with that problem .. it takes time to deliver .. it takes time to answer .. they don't fix anything.
I've taken my printers 3 times and it wasn't cheap... they all come back with the same problem and 2 more... I DON'T RECOMMEND !!!!! warn that this place is just deception.

O atendimento pessoal também é bom.
The workmanship, services provided is very good, but communication fails, (sometimes they don't call to pass the budget as promised)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, deixei uma impressora para fazer orçamento eles ficam de dar o retorno em no máximo 5 dias, retorno este que nunca acontece. Precisei ficar ligando varias vezes para TENTAR obter alguma resposta, mas sempre desculpinhas.
Desisti da manutenção e retirei a impressora, se para fazer um orçamento já é esta complicação imagina a tratativa de algum problema pós serviço.

Terrible service, I left a printer to make a budget they are to give the return in a maximum of 5 days, this return never happens. I had to keep calling several times to TRY to get an answer, but always apologizing.
I gave up on maintenance and removed the printer, if to make a budget this is already a complication, imagine dealing with some after-service problem.
