Fiz uma compra a vista, a mercadoria nao chegou, fiquei quase 20 dias esperando e sempre q eu ligava tinha como resposta q a entrega ia ser feita no mesmo dia. Falta responsabilidade e bom senso. Nao indico!

O atendimento de compra e sinal é bacana! são atenciosos, mas depois de 5 meses esperando e aguardando pelo menos um contato, não acham que você tem o direito de desistir. Uma pena! Foi meu primeiro e último contato com a loja. Nunca mais! Só quero mesmo meu dinheiro de volta! De que adianta ter bons produtos e não saber tratar o cliente.

The purchase and signal service is great! they are attentive, but after 5 months of waiting and waiting for at least one contact, they don't think you have the right to give up. A feather!
