★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é algo a se destacar: é péssimo! Fila enorme ninguém responde uma dúvida, tem que pegar fila pra descobrir que não tem o livro que procura... O preço é alto dos produtos, mas não da suporte adequado aos clientes. No que depender de mim não volto a comprar nesta empresa, pois se tem uma coisa é que não suporto é a falta de respeito com os clientes.
 The service is something to stand out: it sucks! Huge queue no one answers a question, you have to take the queue to find out that you don't have the book you're looking for ... The price is high for products, but it doesn't provide adequate support to customers. As far as it depends on me, I do not buy again at this company, because if there is one thing, I can’t stand it is the lack of respect with customers.

Mas se você é professor e quer um desconto para a lista ( de livros de seu filho, na atica, saraiva e Atual) precisa dispor de no minimo 10 horas para ser atendido. Os funcionários são atenciosos, mas a quantidade de professores e muito grande.

But if you are a teacher and want a discount for the list (of your son's books, in atica, hail and Current) you need to have at least 10 hours to be attended. The staff are attentive, but the number of teachers is very large.
