★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você chegar com o braço quebrado vão te dar Dipirona ou Buscopan, se você chegar com febre também, se você chegar com hemorragia também, se você chegar com traumatismo craniano também, ou seja ele tem dois tipos de medicamento milagroso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior PA que existe, sem exageros. Segunda vez que minha esposa precisa usar e esperamos duas horas e cinquenta minutos, ardendo de febre, primeira vez foi duas horas e meia. Fui atendido mais rápido no São Vicente (SUS).
Inadmissível pra um hospital particular onde a mensalidade não é barata.
Worse PA that exists, without exaggeration. The second time my wife needs to use it and we waited two hours and fifty minutes, burning with fever, the first time was two and a half hours. I was treated faster in São Vicente (SUS).
Inadmissible to a private hospital where the monthly fee is not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer teste rápido de covid e fui prontamente atendida. Não levou 5 minutos e após o resultado negativo já fui atendida pela médica que receitou os medicamentos da gripe. Não levei 15 minutos entre todo o procedimento.
I went to do a quick covid test and I was promptly assisted. It didn't take 5 minutes and after the negative result I was seen by the doctor who prescribed the flu medication. It didn't take 15 minutes between the entire procedure.

Vc chega às 7h é se não prestar atenção, todo mundo passa na sua frente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo, os médicos ficam dentro do consultório e não chamam ninguém.
Estive nesse sábado com minha mãe de 82 anos recém operada e não conseguimos passar por um clinico. Horas de espera até desistir.
Além deque presenciei um rapaz tendo que levar a mulher pra outo lugar que estava muito mal e não deram urgência ao caso, todos os pacientes reclamando da demora. Ridículo é um descaso por ser um plano caro.
The service is terrible, the doctors stay inside the office and don't call anyone.
This Saturday I was with my 82-year-old mother who had just been operated on and we couldn't get through a clinic. Waiting hours before giving up.
In addition to that, I witnessed a boy having to take the woman to another place that was very bad and they didn't give urgency to the case, all the patients complaining about the delay. Ridiculous is a disregard for being an expensive plan.
