★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do lanche mais fui 3 vezes e não tinham uma das vezes me deixaram esperando 20 minutos e depois vieram me avisar que não ia ter o que eu pedi.
I like the snack but went 3 times and they didn't have one of the times left me waiting 20 minutes and then came to warn me that I was not going to have what I ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi a melhor hamburgueria da regiao, o lanche monster burguer era meu predileto até hoje...Não sei se mudaram a direção, mas caiu muito a qualidade, ao ponto de acabar a maionese que é o ingrediente especial deles e o lanche vir seco, e com as batatas muchas, complicado isso pois o valor que pagamos é pela qualidade e isso é uma falta de tal com o cliente que já frequentava a mais de dois anos... Infelizmente minha última vez.triste isso.

Ja não é a primeira vez que compro lanche e me decepciono. Pois dessa ultima vez passei muito mal, dor de barriga, vomito e um mal estar absurdo. Sei que foi o lanche pois o mesmo aconteceu com o meu marido. Observem a maionese e a higiene de vocês, pois não sei se tinha algo estragado ou reutilização de algum ingrediente, mas poderia ter acontecido algo pior...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lanche é mto bom, a dona é que n atende mto bem pq são tantos os pedidos que ela sozinha na cozinha fica cheia de serviço. Frequento a 2 anos e entendo. Lanche saboroso e com produtos de qualidade. Peço mais atenção na batata frita deixe escorrer mais pois o produto é bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talvez para delivery seja bom mas o atendimento no local é muito ruim. Demora para atender quem tá na mesa. Dão prioridade apenas a delivery. Minha esposa pediu lanche duas vezes e não tinham as duas opções e no final ela ficou magoada e acabou pedindo a batata rústica.
Melhorem o ambiente. A iluminação. Ou fechem a porta e atendam apenas delivery pois a comida pode ser boa mas o local para comer pessoalmente é muito precário.
Maybe for delivery it's good but the service on site is very bad. It takes a long time to answer whoever is at the table. Priority is given only to delivery. My wife asked for a snack twice and they didn't have both options and in the end she got hurt and ended up asking for the rustic potato.
Improve the environment. The ilumination. Or close the door and only serve delivery because the food can be good but the place to eat in person is very precarious.
