★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter pessoas qualificadas, muitos tira onda com você! fiz o pagamento de tudo no mesmo dia, porém eles coloca as aulas pra datas muito longa, tome cuidado com isso pois vocês podem perder o Laudo de 1 Ano, pois demora muito, estou muito arrependido de ter pago na Ômega, era pra ser qualquer outra auto escola, fica a dica pra vocês, muita demora, um bom atendimento porém eles não tem ordem, marca 2 a 4 exames no mesmo dia pra o mesmo horário depois vem de conversa pedindo pra vc comparecer outro dia.... Fica a dica aiç

Tive problema com a foto do Detran e as funcionarias se preocuparam em me ajudar a resolver e marcaram logo as minhas aulas.

Paguei duas aulas extras, para habilitado fui a primeira,a segunda tentei desmarcar, seria pela tarde, para ir outro dia liguei para funcionária Rosana a mesma disse que não poderia . Muito Insatisfeita.Nao deu outra alternativa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim tá sendo satisfatória eles tem um corpo de funcionários que são totalmente diferenciados. Eles tiram todas as dúvidas não deixar ninguém sair do recinto com dúvidas isso é muito gratificante pra mim. Não posso esquer de sitar os escritores, são bem inpenlhados no que fazer e fazem com dedicação, essa eu indicou com pra todos .

Bom dia Paulo:
Gostaria de relatar o ocorrido.
Infelizmente eu estive na auto escola pra fazer um orçamento categoria A e B, por telefone foi passado um orçamento pela recepcionista, pessoalmente outro valor. Uma senhora que se apresentou como proprietária, me atendeu de forma rude, com Desdenho, falta de gentileza, que aquele seria o preço, que não existe 2 preços , que já trabalha a muitos anos e nunca teve problema com cliente . Após eu pedir pra falar com outra pessoa, a mesma me informou que estava de férias, e que não estava atualizada com as mudanças .Apenas pq eu questionei o desencontro de informações sobre o orçamento. Forma de pagamento a vista em espécie.
Eu deixei passar; em seguida, minha esposa esteve lá , foi atendida pela mesma, suposta proprietária, e mais uma vez foi tratada com rispidez, como se estivesse indo pedir algum favor, ficamos extremamente decepcionados com o péssimo atendimento que foi nos prestado.
A falta de flexibilidade.com relação ao pagamento débito ou espécie.
Uma série de erros que eu acredito que não tenha chegado aí conhecimento do senhor seu Paulo, pq sou empresário , e acredito que toda empresa para manter o seu posicionamento, deve está atenta a tudo que acontece em seu ambiente.
Tirar habilitação é uma conquista, é num momento ímpar na vida das pessoas, ela deve se sentir amparada, segura, num ambiente agradável,pra que tudo possa ocorrer bem.
Desde já agradeço sua resposta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A maior parte do tempo todos foram super atenciosos e cordiais comigo. Tanto o pessoal da recepção, como meu instrutor, o Paulo. Ele é muito bom! O único problema foi na hora de pedir o reembolso. Eu precisei me mudar, e não pude fazer a prova prática. Eu já havia pago para fazer a prova prática. Eu havia dito que ia me mudar e pedi se reembolsavam a prova, me falaram que sim, que podia marcar a prova que se eu não pudesse fazer a prova, me davam o dinheiro de volta. Mas na hora de me dar o dinheiro de volta, me falaram que como estava marcada a prova, não poderiam mais me dar o dinheiro. Resultado: paguei os cerca de 100 reais pela moto e combustível do dia da prova, não usei, e não me devolveram. E pior: me fizeram marcar a prova, mesmo sabendo que eu não poderia fazer ela, só para depois usar isso como desculpa para não devolver meu dinheiro.
Então, fica a dica: só pague pelas aulas que fosse for fazer, não pague aulas a mais, e nem a moto para a prova, pois eles falam que vão devolver e não devolvem!
