Pense em um menino atencioso e um atendimento incrível.
Eu trabalho em atendimento ao Público em um órgão federal e um bom atendimento é fundamental pra fecha qualquer negócio.
Depois ele me passou pra Luana ...
Ela tem um cara de braba maiiiisss só foi julgamento da minha parte, mais uma vez fui super bem atendida e me trstou super bem.
Em relação o horário sempre conversava com ela é sempre com paciência e mim dava um retorno .
Aí vem meu instrutou Davi um amor de pessoa me ensinou a dirigir com toda paciência do mundo.
Eu sempre nervosa ele ali calmo e calmo.
Alguma coisa aconteceu no meio do treinamento trocou meu Davi por outro ...tomei um choque!
Pra minha surpresa Biel é um profissional com uma voz forte mais a paciência de Jô.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento como um todo foi bom. Porém, vou pontuar algumas situações que poderiam ser melhoradas:
- A hora aula, que deveria ser de 50 minutos, todas as vezes fica com o tempo menor. Como existe o deslocamento, de ida e volta, para área de aula prática, acaba sendo reduzido para uns 40 ou 42 minutos. Como sugestão, deveria haver um intervalo de pelo menos 10 minutos entre aulas.
- No período que estava em aula, final de novembro e dezembro/21, ocorreu uma pane no filtro de água, e por alguns dias, pelo menos quando estava no meu horário de início e término, simplesmente não havia alternativa para saciar a sede, só depois de alguns dias que disponibilizaram um bebedouro com garrafão de água mineral. Isso demonstra pouca preocupação com o bem estar dos Clientes.
- Sem ter intenção, por me sentir apto a operar o computador da auto escola, fiz eu mesmo a minha marcação de presença, sem saber que isso era vedado ao aluno. Um Instrutor me questionou, dizendo não ser permitido ao aluno manusear o equipamento. Após já ter sido advertido pelo Instrutor, voltei a ser admoestado por outro funcionário, o que achei totalmente desnecessário, visto não tratar de uma pessoa irresponsável e nem de ter sido a minha ação intencional de transgredir regras da escola.
No mais, tudo foi muito bom. Desde a recepção ao Instrutor.
Obs.: Minhas aulas foram para adição de categoria "A".

After having already been warned by the Instructor, I was again admonished by another employee, which I found completely unnecessary, since it was not an irresponsible person and it was not my intentional action to violate school rules.
Other than that, everything was very good. From reception to Instructor.
Obs.: My classes were for adding category "A".
