 Lousy internet! Bad help! They serve you well qrm. Internet drops every hr, and when it doesn't, it fluctuates all the time, taking forever to load a page. Worse than dial-up internet. Since I installed I haven't had a peaceful day with this company.

â â â â â Serviço pĂ©ssimo. Nem bem completei duas semanas de assinatura e o modem sĂł vive apagado. Reclamei hoje com a atendente Mariana que prometeu urgĂȘncia no atendimento. Aguardei por huma hora o contacto de um tĂ©cnico que, segundo ela, aconteceria em minutos. AtĂ© agora nada resolvido.
Lousy service. As soon as I completed two weeks of subscription and the modem is only dead. I complained today with the attendant Mariana who promised urgency in the attendance. I waited for an hour for the contact of a technician who, according to her, would happen in minutes. So far nothing has been resolved.

Tanto o suporte tĂ©cnico quanto ao atendimento ao cliente parecem nĂŁo saber o que estĂŁo fazendo. Pessoas que deram 5 estrelas aqui sĂŁo pessoas relacionadas a empresa uma simples pesquisa de sobrenomes das pessoas voce percebe isso.
I subscribed for 300mb and I never had more than 200mb and they don't offer a discount on the monthly fee according to the speed obtained monthly. Both tech support and customer service don't seem to know what they're doing. People who gave 5 stars here are people related to the company a simple search of people's surnames will tell you that.
