Liguei solicitando os modelos de dupla face, a atendente Letícia me informou que eu tinha que acessar o site da 3M e me informar dos modelos, sequer me informou que a só fitas também tem site . Acessei a site e qual foi minha surpresa, só trabalham com 10 tipos diferentes da 3M, ELA MUITO BEM PODERIA TER ME INFORMADO POR TELEFONE. .Jamais farei novo contato, devem estar nadando nos pedidos .

Entrega: Quando material ficou parcialmente pronto, tivemos que contratar um funcionário, pois a empresa se recusava a entregar até nós. Mesmo com autorização os dados do motoboy, a empresa se recusou por 2 horas a entregar os 25% do material. Tive que esperar até as 20h para o material chegar.
Cobrança: A empresa esqueceu de realizar a cobrança. Quando questionei, antes do vencimento, a empresas me destratou, particularmente a funcionário MARTA. No fim, ainda estou tentando pagar.
Espero com todas minhas forças que esta empresa feche.
