★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento... a Demora em nos posicionar sobre o problema e a troca do produto. faz 1 mes e meio que estou com uma cafeteira lá e sequer me avisam do andamento... eu ligo e não atendem, chamo no whatsapp e nao respondem... NUNCA MAIS levo nada nesta empresa.
I didn't like the service... the delay in positioning us about the problem and exchanging the product. I've had a coffee maker there for 1 and a half months and they don't even notify me of the progress... I call and they don't answer, I call on whatsapp and they don't answer... I NEVER take anything to this company AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei minha TV para um conserto simples, já está indo a terceira semana e não comunicam direito o que está acontecendo. Já começando a ficar desconfiado que perdi minha TV.
Atualização: a loja não tinha a peça que precisava para arrumar e já passava de 1 mês. Daí fui lá buscar a TV sem conserto. Só precisam melhorar a comunicação e serem mais transparentes.
I left my TV for a simple repair, it's already the third week and they don't communicate well what's going on. Already starting to get suspicious that I lost my TV.
Update: the store didn't have the part it needed to fix and it was over 1 month. So I went there to get the TV without repair. They just need to improve communication and be more transparent.

Levei dois ventilador no ano passado, é retirei logo em seguida e retornei dois dias depois como retorno, não me passaram um retorno, e o técnico marcos mal educado. Liguei no começo do mês e conversei com a Bruna que ser quer quis resolver meu problema mal educada, na última vez que liguei conversei com a Vitória que teve a boa vontade de resolver e agradeço pois se não estaria sem meu ventilador até agora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo profissional. Deixei o equipamento pra srrumar, nao me retornaram mais. Nao antendiam minhas ligações. Fui ao local e nao tinham consertado. Pedi pra retirar o aparelho e falaram pra voltar em 3 dias pois estava desmontado. Voltei e falaram q arrumaram, mas chegando em casa nao funcionou. Voltei la, pedi o dinheiro de volta por nao terem consertado nada e negaram. Pessimo, não vão lá,procurem um lugar de mais confiança.
Terribly professional. I left the equipment to be repaired, they never got back to me. They didn't answer my calls. I went to the place and they hadn't fixed it. I asked to remove the device and they said to come back in 3 days because it was dismantled. I came back and they said they fixed it, but when I got home it didn't work. I went back there, asked for the money back because they didn't fix anything and they denied it. Terrible, don't go there, look for a more reliable place.

Perguntei se deveria deixar a controle remoto e a moça que me atendeu respondeu de forma sêca que nao seria necessario e que me daria o orçamento em 48 horas. Passado 2 dias telefonei e me avisaram que precisava do controle remoto para testar o equipamento !. Tive que voltar na loja e entregar o contole remoto para saber se o equipamento estaria mesmo funcionando. A moça disse que não poderia testar agora, pois seria feito um teste no computador !!!!!??? Fui embora ja irritado e liguei novamente no dia seguinte e falaram que o problema era na fonte e o conserto ficaria em R$380,00 !!!
Bom, trata-se de um equipamento de 10 anos que nao vale nem R$200,00. Obviamente recusei o conserto , acho que trocar um ou 2 capacitores na fonte não deveria ser tão caro.....

Well, this is a 10-year-old equipment that is not worth even R$200.00. Obviously I refused the repair, I think changing one or 2 capacitors in the power supply shouldn't be so expensive.....
