★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de qualidade mas na entrega ficou a desejar ! Compramos dois criados mudos e a cabeceira e demorou um pouco pra chegar mas em fim chegou o criado mudo e foi montado tudo ok já a cabeceira não chegou já vai pra 40 dias da data da compra !
 Quality products but delivery was to be desired! We bought two bedside tables and the headboard and it took a while to arrive but in the end the bedside table arrived and everything was set up ok the headboard has not arrived for 40 days from the date of purchase!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores bastante prestativos mas entrega deixou a desejar. Sofá comprado veio com os pés errados e para fazer a troca tive que voltar 2 vezes na loja pois o ninguém nunca atende o telefone.
Very helpful sellers but delivery left something to be desired. Sofa purchased came with the wrong feet and to make the exchange I had to go back twice to the store because nobody ever answers the phone.

very good I bought a microwave cabinet about 4 years ago my living room table, my bed last year and it's been 1.5 months I bought my sofa, I like it a lot and the service is very good.

Mas a montagem vc tem q esperar a boa vontade deles. Ñ estão nem aí.
E o telefone nunca atendem.
Ñ indico pra ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja no dia 15 de Maio e me disseram que a montagem seria em 10 dias, já se passaram 15 dias liguei lá e só me enrolaram e disseram que vão vim montar somente no dia 01 de Junho, pq esqueceram de agendar a minha montagem o que é um pena essa falta de atenção com o cliente pois fui tão bem atendida mais por isso nunca mais comprarei nessa rede de loja e não indicarei a ninguém.
I went to the store on the 15th of May and they told me that the assembly would be in 10 days, it's been 15 days I called there and they just screwed me up and said they'll only assemble on the 1st of June, because they forgot to schedule my assembly which is a pity this lack of attention to the customer because I was so well served but so I will never buy from this store chain again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bom ... tive um problema na assistência técnica no pôs venda , mas a equipe da loja do shopping foi muito atenciosa comigo e muito solicita , resolveram muito rápido e sempre eficientes ... entrega foi rápida , montagem no prazo que o vendedor passou , e uma ótima resolução do meu problema ... volto na loja assim que precisar comprar mais alguma coisa sim

I had a problem with the technical assistance after the sale , but the team at the store at the mall was very attentive to me and very solicitous , they solved it very quickly and always efficiently ... delivery was fast , assembly within the deadline that the seller gave , and a great solution to my problem...
