★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui totalmente destratada ao ligar para o box de Natal por uma atendente ao desmarcar uma viagem que é MEU DIREITO, a atendente não sabia o motivo e mesmo não sabendo não devia ter agido de tal forma, é triste ver como muitos não valorizam mais os clientes, que inclusive utilizava muito do serviço!
I was totally disliked when calling the Christmas box by an attendant when I unmarked a trip that is MY RIGHT, the attendant did not know the reason and even though she didn’t know she shouldn’t have acted in such a way, it is sad to see how many no longer value customers , who even used a lot of the service!
