★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um peça de vcs pelo Mercado Livre e vcs enviaram uma peça usada e que não funciona! Vergonha uma empresa desse tamanho trabalhar dessa forma.
 I bought a piece from you guys through Mercado Livre and you sent me a used piece that doesn't work! Shame on a company of this size to work this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um multímetro o mesmo veio com defeito fizeram a troca e de novo veio com defeito fui trocar , não fizeram a troca o vendedor Sr José disse que foi usado de forma errada tenho mais de 10 anos de técnico nunca queimei um multímetro ele duvidou da minha palavra me atendeu mal , simplemplente não fez a troca , perdeu um cliente , já prestei serviço para Porto Seguro, Itaú, BB , e mais 16 seguradoras ,hoje trabalho por conta , tinha o Maior apreço pela loja infelizmente me decepcionei e não indicarei a ninguém , pois não tive uma resposta técnica , muito obrigado pelo péssimo atendimento pós venda
I bought a multimeter it came with a defect they made the exchange and again it came with a defect I went to exchange it, they did not exchange it the seller Mr José said it was used the wrong way I have more than 10 years of technician I never burned a multimeter he doubted mine word didn't help me, simple didn't make the exchange, lost a customer, I've already provided service to Porto Seguro, Itaú, BB, and 16 other insurance companies, today I work on my own, I had the greatest appreciation for the store unfortunately I was disappointed and won't recommend it to anyone , because I didn't have a technical answer, thank you very much for the terrible after-sales service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja " conceituada" no meu primeiro problema que foi uma troca de mercadoria que me exigiram a nota ok, mas no ato da compra não me deram a nota, a mais recente no dia de hj fui trocar outra mercadoria que comprei não usei ,à aproximadamente 8 dias e não trocaram pois a política PIFIA que só podem trocar em 3 dias, informação na qual não foi passada no ato da compra , as coisas já estão difíceis para todos nós , para ficar com esse prejuízo, que não tiveram impatia alguma, fica aqui minha indignação.
