★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostava muito dessa pizzaria, mas já faz alguns meses que o atendimento da pizzaria se tornou péssimo, pedi uma pizza e me deram uma estimativa de 50 minutos, passaram mais de uma hora e nada da pizza chegar, liguei e o rapaz simplesmente me disse que atrasaram mesmo e demoraria pelo menos mais 20 minutos, sem desculpas e tato algum. Ok, decidi esperar mais um pouco. 1:30 dês de que fiz o pedido e nada, liguei novamente pedindo pra cancelarem o pedido, pois a essa altura já tinha comido outra coisa, e o rapaz, novamente sem tato algum, disse que a pizza já devia ter saido pra entrega então não haveria cancelamento. Estou profundamente decepcionada cortar completamente uma pizzaria que já gostei tanto das minhas opções a partir de hoje.
I liked this pizzeria a lot, but it's been a few months since the pizzeria service became terrible, I ordered a pizza and they gave me an estimate of 50 minutes, more than an hour went by and none of the pizza arrived, I called and the guy just told me that really delayed and would take at least another 20 minutes, no apologies and no tact. Okay, I decided to wait a little longer. 1:30 since I placed the order and nothing, I called again asking to cancel the order, because by that time I had already eaten something else, and the guy, again without any tact, said that the pizza should have already left for delivery then there would be no cancellation. I am deeply disappointed to completely cut out a pizzeria that I have enjoyed so much of my options as of today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é boa ruim é o atendimento, pela segunda vez não entregam no prazo , excedendo uma hora além do prazo dado, e ainda qdo liga para saber da entrega te deixam no telefone e vão fazer outra coisa. Lamentável.
The pizza is good, the service is bad, for the second time they do not deliver on time, exceeding one hour beyond the given deadline, and when you call to find out about delivery, they leave you on the phone and go do something else. Unfortunate.
