★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a consulta e no dia ligaram desmarcando, remarquei para 2 semanas depois e ao chegar na clínica não havia energia, ninguém sabia informar o que havia acontecido, a falta de luz foi apenas na clínica e ainda fiquei sabendo através de outros pacientes que não era a primeira que ocorria isso! E o pior a consulta marcada para as 14h e o médico que havia desmarcado anteriormente as 14:35h não havia chegado no consultório! Lamentável!!
I made the appointment and the day they called unmarking, rescheduled for 2 weeks later and when arriving at the clinic there was no energy, nobody knew what had happened, the lack of light was only in the clinic and I learned through other patients that was not the first thing that happened! And the worst of the appointment scheduled for 14h and the doctor who had previously cleared at 14: 35h had not arrived in the office! Unfortunate!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local de fazer a triagem dos pacientes do plano boa saude, é muito desumano, pois não há privacidade nenhuma, o paciente é atendido na recepção que por sinal, apertadíssima. Local com cadeiras quebradas, e ao fazer reclamação com a que se diz Administradora da clínica a Sra Maria José, ela simplesmente foi rispida e informou para eu não me meter nas cadeiras quebradas e que ela deixou assim por conta da estetica do local. Pode uma administradora desse nível? Outra pergunta: será que o dono esta ciente ou conivente com tudo isso? Obs: dia 22/10/2018. Tenho fotos do local

Estou muito chateada com essa clinica sou paciente da mesma, e fico chocada com o que acontece na recepção, onde os pacientes do boa saude passa por uma avaliação na recepção com todos os outros pacientes presenciando a pré avaliação. Hoje dia 22/10/2018, estive na clinica e o pré atendimento continua na recepção. Pedi para falar com a adm da clinica de nome Maria José, e ela muito ríspida me disse que, era o correto. E mais um absurdo tinha uma fileira de cadeira no local faltando uma ou seja estava quebrada, e falei desse questão ela me respondeu que não era da minha conta e que não me cabia está se metendo na estética da clinica que foi ela quem mandou tirar para dar espaço ao ambiente. E algumas senhorinhas por falta de local para se acomodar estava sentada nesse local. Tenho foto que comprova. Deixo uma pergunta para quem é de direito, pagamos para ter um atendimento desse?
