★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Saí de Campo Grande, atravessei a cidade em busca de atendimento na emergência. A médica Daniela Solares Carmona, parecia estar com má vontade e pressa no atendimento. Eu, com dor nos dois olhos, muito vermelhos, ela só olhou um dos olhos e passou um colirio. Nenhum diagnóstico, nenhum comentário. Eu insisti em perguntar o que estava acontecendo e ela, monossilabica. Ou é incompetente e não sabe o que está fazendo ou estava mau humorada, com problemas pessoais, ou os dois. Se precisar de consulta nesse lugar, não com ela. Nunca mais.
 Terrible attendance. I left Campo Grande, crossed the city in search of emergency care. The doctor Daniela Solares Carmona, seemed to be in a bad mood and in a hurry to attend. I, with pain in both eyes, very red, she only looked at one eye and passed an eye drop. No diagnosis, no comment. I insisted on asking what was going on and she was monosyllabic. You are either incompetent and don't know what you are doing or you were in a bad mood, with personal problems, or both. If you need an appointment there, not with her. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive lá no dia 19/08/2021 e fui muito bem atendido por toda a equipe, parabéns a todos pelo profissionalismo e em especial a menina que faz o curativo não recordo o nome dela mas é uma morena alta.

I was there on 8/19/2021 and was very well attended by the entire team, congratulations to everyone for their professionalism and especially the girl who makes the dressing. I don't remember her name but she is a tall brunette.
Grade 10!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Médica da emergência com má vontade de atender. Nem examinou o que era e já passou a pomada, não explicou direito como passar, sem paciência quando foi perguntado novamente.
Ainda questionou de forma debochada o motivo de ter ido lá na segunda-feira se o problema se iniciou no sábado.
Horrível!! Ainda paguei 180 reais para ter esse atendimento que durou menos que 1 minuto!
Terrible attendance. Emergency physician unwilling to attend. He didn't even examine what it was and the ointment was gone, he didn't explain how to do it without patience when asked again.
He also debauched the question of why he went there on Monday if the problem started on Saturday.
Horrible!! I still paid 180 reais to have this service that lasted less than 1 minute!

Basta ver alguns comentários pra concluir que não é caso isolado, pelo contrário, é o padrão deles, seguidamente desrespeitar, atender mal, fazer pouco caso... Minha mãe infelizmente se tratou neste local por alguns anos, ate que na cirurgia de catarata ao acompanha-la pude constatar o absurdo que é esta clínica. Ate hoje, quase 2 anos depois, minha mae enfrenta seguidos problemas no olho operado. Fujam deste lugar.
Total neglect and disrespect for patients. It is enough to see some comments to conclude that it is not an isolated case, on the contrary, it is their standard, then disrespecting, giving bad treatment, making light of it ... My mother unfortunately was treated in this place for a few years, until cataract surgery at I was able to see the absurdity of this clinic. To this day, almost 2 years later, my mother faces repeated problems with the operated eye. Get away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Aaaaa fui em outros profissionais, e meu problema é CIRÚRGICO, e ninguém conseguiu ver isso! Talvez se tivesse o diagnóstico correto da primeira vez, talvez hoje não seria necessário o procedimento!
Péssimo atendimento da Dra Daniela Solares Carmona, má educada, meu olho piorou muito, por isso voltei lá, porém o primeiro atendimento não foi com ela, nem enxergando direito eu estava por conta da piora, a todo momento dizendo que era "normal" e eu fazendo vários questionamentos, até me perguntou "posso falar?" Pois ficou sem argumentos para algumas perguntas minhas que segundo ela era "assim mesmo". Com muita má vontade olhou meu olho novamente...
Se puderem, sejam atendidos pelo Dr Jonatas, totalmente diferente, super paciente e te explica tudo direitinho, infelizmente qnd retornei não era o plantão dele, era o dela! ??
Edit: Aaaaa I've been on other professionals, and my problem is SURGICAL, and no one could see it! Maybe if you had the correct diagnosis the first time, maybe you wouldn't need the procedure today!
Terrible service from Dr Daniela Solares Carmona, poor manners, my eye got a lot worse, so I went back there, but the first service was not with her, I wasn't even seeing properly because of the worsening, all the time saying it was "normal" and I asked several questions, he even asked me "can I speak?" Because she ran out of arguments for some of my questions, which she said was "just like that". Very grudgingly he looked into my eye again...
If you can, be seen by Dr Jonatas, totally different, super patient and he explains everything to you, unfortunately when I returned it wasn't his shift, it was hers! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei em pleno domingo e fui bem atendida. A médica examinou meu olho, fez perguntas e aplicou dois colirios que a dor melhorou instantaneamente. Voltei em 48h conforme orientação e por hora tudo certo. Tive uma lesão na córnea em casa com o Black da cortina que passou raspando no meu olho direito.
I needed it on Sunday and I was well attended. The doctor examined my eye, asked questions and applied two drops and the pain instantly improved. I came back in 48 hours as per orientation and everything was fine for now. I had a corneal injury at home with Black from the curtain that scraped my right eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 05/12/21 (domingo), fui a essa clínica para ser atendido pela emergência, cheguei às 18: 40, não havia médico aguardando para passar plantão, a outra médica chegou quase 20:00, as atendentes me informaram que ela estava presa no "engarrafamento" num domingo a noite! Depois de aguardar quase uma hora e vinte fui atendido por aproximadamente 5 minutos sem qualquer exame, detalhe: só havia duas pessoas pra serem atendidas eu era o primeiro.
On 12/05/21 (Sunday), I went to this clinic to be seen by the emergency, I arrived at 6:40 pm, there was no doctor waiting to be on duty, the other doctor arrived at almost 8:00 pm, the attendants informed me that she I was stuck in "traffic jam" on a Sunday night! After waiting almost an hour and twenty I was attended for approximately 5 minutes without any exam, detail: there were only two people to be attended to, I was the first.

Fiquei uma hora esperando, TODOS do salão de espera foram atendidos antes de mim.
O médico não realizou o exame e sim sua auxiliar, não foi feito laudo.
O exame foi feito de forma errada e foi totalmente inútil para o médico que iria observar os resultados, tive que fazer outro exame.
I went to do a simple exam that lasts 2 minutes, with an appointment in advance.
I waited an hour, EVERYONE in the waiting room was attended to before me.
The doctor did not perform the exam, but his assistant, no report was made.
The exam was done wrong and it was totally useless for the doctor who would observe the results, I had to do another exam.
