O imóvel em que estou , tudo sempre da problema, e os mesmos enrolam pra consertar. A porta vive quebrando, as câmeras não funcionam, sem dizer que ignoram as mensagens de whats app, e se tentar logar, aí sim você vera o quão ignorantes são os mesmos. Infelizmente estou decepcionado. Uma empresa o qual recebe pra esses serviços, deveria ser no mínimo atenciosa com seus clientes. O qual se mostram totalmente desgarrados e desinteressados quando o assunto e solucionar o problema dos condôminos. Hoje só dou 1 estrela, pois infelizmente não tem como dar 0.
Company with terrible service and customer service. The horrible aftermarket. They receive condominium buildings for doing nothing. The property I'm in, everything is always a problem, and they roll over to fix it. The door keeps breaking, the cameras don't work, not to mention that they ignore whats app messages, and if you try to log in, then you'll see how ignorant they are. Unfortunately I am disappointed. A company that pays for these services should at least be considerate to its customers. Who show themselves totally astray and disinterested when it comes to solving the problem of the tenants. Today I only give 1 star, as unfortunately there is no way to give 0.
