★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falávamos com a Cidinha quase todo dia ,e disse pra ela que precisava alugar uma casa rápido, pois meu marido iria fazer um transplante de medúla e precisavamos de uma casa pronta para recebe-lo pois a minha não estava em condições ,entregamos todos os papéis que pediram, e com isso os dias foram passando e quando faltava quase 1 mês pra meu esposo ter alta ,e Cidinha falando que iria dar certo ,ela simplesmente mandou apenas uma mensagem pra uma amiga que estava nos ajudando e pro meu esposo internado dizendo que a casa a qual estávamos tentando alugar não tinha dado certo.
Mais o que mais me deixou decepcionada com a imobiliária foi que eles sabiam da nossa urgência pediam vários papéis e o fim, mandam uma mensagem ao invés de ligar e fica por isso mesmo. A gerência dessa empresa é incompetente .
We talked to Cidinha almost every day, and I told her that I needed to rent a house quickly, because my husband was going to have a bone marrow transplant and we needed a house ready to receive him because mine was not in condition, we delivered all the papers they asked for, and with that the days went by and when it was almost a month before my husband was discharged, and Cidinha saying that it would work out, she just sent a message to a friend who was helping us and to my hospitalized husband saying that the house we were trying to rent had not worked out.
But what left me most disappointed with the real estate company was that they knew of our urgency, they asked for several papers and the end, they send a message instead of calling and that's it. The management of this company is incompetent.
